Bill Cipher made it to the Disney hall of villains, where the baddest baddies are! Ursala, Jafar, Maleficent, the evil queen, Captain Hook... Any parents on descendants. Bill was from a show. I think this bad guy should be there too!

This has got to be one of my favorite Disney songs. I've got a lot. And as sty-frsty-rl-mlk-t says, "A Disney villain is only as good as their song." Bill Cipher's was deleted for time reasons. But I think her's is a real villain song.
She's destroyed lots of galaxies. No villain in the hall, has ever wanted to destroy! Kill? Yes. Seize? Yes. Trap? Yes. Rule? Yes. Destroy? Nope. She would also probably be the youngest to be in the hall.
The show has won Emmys and there's a petition going on to get a 3rd season! They only need 25,000 more signatures. So please sign it! It could also lead to the cancellation of the new powerpuff girls because Craig McCracken will be working on this. That's Right! Cartoon legend Craig McCracken created this show.
Anyways, She is more evil than a lot of the villains in the hall. And while there are plenty of ladies in the hall, they aren't all really evil incarnate. None of them are as evil as her. What do you think?
