Chapter 1:Abnegation

Authors note: This is my first fanfiction I'm sorry if it's not very good please leave comments. They are still in Abnegation and tris is 15 and Tobias is 16! This is a year before Divergent is set, they are already together even though it's against the rules.

TRIS POV: day before Tobias choosing ceremony

It can't be I can't be pregnant! How did this happen, I mean I know how it happened but what am I supposed to do! I didn't realize I was crying till right now. I have to get out of here before anyone sees ame I start walking to our tree when I run into something, or someone. I look up to see who it was.

And I find my eyes staring into deep blue ones filled with concern. These can only belong to one person Tobias.

"Bea what's wrong!?!?" Tobias ask wiping the tears from my cheek and embracing me in a hug.

I stare at him for a minute before I speak. "Toby I'm pregnant." I'm too scared to look at him so I just stare at my feet.

"Look at me!" he demand I continue to look down he grabs my chin forcing me too look at him and kisses me.

"We are gonna raise this child together. I'll stay in Abnegation I won't leave."

"Toby you have to leave your dad!"

"I don't care I won't leave!"

"Toby just go I'll meet you there next year and I'll bring our child. just promise to me that you'll wait one year and then we'll be together again."

"Promise you'll choose Dauntless."

"I promise. Now go before your father gets home."

Just then the most unexpected thing happens. He get down on one knee in front of me and pulls out a ring.

"Beatrice Grace Prior, I have loved you forever and I always will and I will love this child just as much and all the other children we'll have I will love them just as much. Will you do me the honors of being my wife?"

"Tobias Eaton it would be my honor! Yes!!"

I pull him up into a hug and then a kiss it's soft but full of passion. We kiss until we both need to breathe. He turns to leave.

"Bea I'll see you in Dauntless! and don't forget I love you."

"I love you too Toby, now leave."

Next day at the choosing ceremony:

I sit in the audience looking for Tobias when I finally spot him he mouths! 'I love you' I mouth back 'I love you too'. Then he is put in line, I told my parents yesterday that I'm pregnant my mother couldn't be happier my father was disappointed and my brother just stood there in shock. I begin thinking about what our life in Dauntless will be like. I'm snapped out of my thinking by the candor man calling out "Tobias Eaton" he walks up and cuts his hand with the knife we hear the sizzle and I know he chose right. The candor man says "Dauntless".

Marcus stands up and yells "My only son!" And begins to cry as if he was actually sad.

I'm happy Tobias is finally free!
