"So, let me get this straight, Mr. Pierre. You came home from police station this evening and then you murdered your wife. Why would you do that? Do you even know that you are now confessing of murdering your wife?" Detective Daniel questioned.
Pierre is silent for a second, then he says,
"I believe my wife killed Elise" he paused.
"And as of confessing to this murder, Yes, I am very aware of that. And I'm not regretting it, you may arrest me. I have nothing to live for now"
This caught Det. Daniel in a surprise.
"How do you even know your wife killed Elise?" Det. Daniel said.
"I have my reasons and I think it's pretty valid" Pierre said confidently.
"Where did you get the evidence, sir? Because as of a few minutes after you left, we got a new lead" Said Det. Daniel.
A new lead?
This shocked Pierre, he didn't know about it.
"What are you saying, Detective?" Pierre questioned. He start to feel bad.
"I'm saying that we already catch the killer and it's certainly not your wife"
