Overall I could say Michael and I are getting closer emotional-wise. He's getting more comfortable with me vise versa and I'm actually really happy about it. Relationships are great.

......but that day he choked me will probably still haunt me.

I'm currently at my house, just my siblings and I. I dont want my parents getting suspicious and still I wonder how they found out about Michael and i'll only continue to wonder. I have to be careful. They'll find out I'm seeing him and they'll ban me from seeing him ever again.

I'm just now getting used to him and I wanna help him. I cant he separated from him mainly because I really like him and I've never felt this way about anyone before.

I sigh and put down my pencil as I just finished my homework, "Finally." I sighed and I got up to go to the kitchen and get myself an apple—because I love fruits and I'm tryna be more healthy. Noah and Kai are just running around as usual, and Leo is playing games on the TV

I walk to the living room, joining him on the couch to see what his little obsession with Fortnite is all about and mainly to annoy him because I have nothing better to do

His fast fingers that were pressing down on the buttons on the controller paused as he slowly looked over at me.  "Do you need something?" he asks

I shrugged, "I'm tryna figure out what this stupid game is about." I say and I reach out my hand to touch the controller in his hand and he slaps it away as he scoffs offendedly and pauses the game or whatever

"Did you just say stupid? How dare you?" he questions squinting his eyes dramatically at me as I bit into my apple again. "Just tellin' it as it is." I say shrugging my shoulders, propping my feet up onto his and he rolls his eyes pushing my feet away from him as I laugh

The doorbell then rings and I looked over at Leo wondering if he'd get it for once but seeing that he's so into the game I had to get and just do it myself—rolling my eyes.

I lazily approached the door as I bit into my apple again and I opened it expecting to see a family member or something but I lightly gasped as soon as I saw Michael in the doorway. An unexpected smile spread across my face as I gripped the apple in my hand and girlishly leaned against the wall beside me

"Michael?" I ask as he stands there with his hands in his pockets. He looks rather casual. Just a plain black t-shirt and some Adidas shorts on.

"I needa come in." he bluntly says looking into my eyes and I furrow my brows and step aside. "Not that I dont want you to be here, but why?" I ask as he makes his way in

"I need a place to hide...like real quick. Won't take long." he sighed

"Hide?" I tilted my head to the side and he nodded his head. "You ain't hear? They after me. Scott's guys. They asses still think I did somethin' to that pussy nigga."

"Michael" I elbowed him because Kai and Noah are in the room staring right at him and the last thing I wanted was for them to pick up on any bad words and to be blamed for it

He looks at them and purses his lips. "Oops." he simply replies as I roll my eyes and grab his arm, about to bring him to my room but my little sister's voice stopped him "Hi Michael!" Kai says to him smiling her face off and we paused at the same time as I released his arm from my grip awkwardly

Michael smiles widely at her but before he even said anything, I had already grabbed his arm again and dragged him to my room. I lightly pushed him towards the bed and closed the door

"Hayden what the hell? I was gonna say hi back to your sister." he snaps trying to stand up but I push him back down. "What do you mean they're after you?" I ask squinting my eyes and he scratches his head looking around girly room
