It's now stormy outside. Michael still isn't back from the store.
Thunder booms through the city as the girls in Michael's apartment snack on his leftover food, and snuggle up in the covers from his bed in his living room. "Liyah I told you I didn't wanna watch a scary movie." Hayden whines as she hides her face under the covers
She kisses her teeth, stealing the covers away. "Well y'all didn't wanna watch my movie so I resorted to this." She shrugs
"Cuz don't nobody wanna watch a movie about a stripper Liyah." Alexia says shaking her head
"I wonder where Michael is. He's been gone for about an hour." Hayden wonders out loud as she stands up from the carpet to get herself a drink from the kitchen-
- "Don't know, don't care." She hears Aliyah mumble and she rolls her eyes.
When Michael's gone for longer than he insisted, that's a time for worrying and Hayden can't help doing so at this point. She starts to think about the worst
Like what if he got into a car crash? It is pretty wet and slippery out there
What if he's stuck in traffic?
But her wondering soon stops as soon as she hears the front door open and she looks up from pouring juice into her cup
Michael comes in, a wet mess, and he takes off his shoes, throwing it over to the corner like he always does
He comes into the kitchen and puts down the bag of chips onto the table as the plastic bag it's in drips water onto the floor. "What took you so long?" Hayden asks, looking over at him as he leaves a brief kiss on her lips and he takes off his wet jacket and runs his hands through his wet curly hair
"Jus' traffic n shit." He says and grabs a cloth to start drying his hair before he hears a loud obnoxious laugh from the living room and grunts. They still here?" He questions
Hayden chuckles a little and nods her head. "Yeah. We've been watching movies." She says, grabbing a mug from the cabinet above her. She lifted herself onto her tippy toes.
He rolls his eyes and takes off his wet shirt, heading to the bathroom as Hayden gets a glimpse of his recently exercised abs and she feels herself getting hot
