One of the hardest people to find on earth
The older you get, the lesser
The lucky you are, the more counterfeits you get
What is a freindshipp ???
The word tastes so foreign on my tongue
So unfamiliar and unknown
Will I ever get to remind myself?
Remind myself how it feels
To have a friend
The one I don't have to scroll for
all way down on my contact list
The one who makes it easier to open up
The one to tell me everything is going to be alright
Even though it's not
At this time
As I scroll down the contact list
The more I move down
The clearer it is:
She's not there
He's not there
They're not there
Realisation just kicked me on the head:
Some friends, you've grown up with since diapers
Some you meet at school and only leave you there to continue your journey alone
Some are just counterfeits you learn from

Some are just meant to hold your hand through your journey

A smile made its way on my face as I thought about tasting the bittersweet word called friendship
Happy Spring day for some😂 it's spring!!! Yay🌚 Although I must be honest: I'm not a big fan of spring, I prefer winter.
P.S I spelt 'friendship' incorrectly in the 3rd stanza on purpose😊😂
