I looked around breathlessly
Desperately as I ran
Everyone looks like him...acts like him

It's getting worse!!!
Homes and families are getting fewer!

I see the other women looking around breathlessly
Desperately as they ran

They all act like their fathers
Leaving offsprings everywhere they go

They call themselves "men"

Too young; too old
To think they can fool around
To think life is a game
To think that girls are just open hotels they can visit whenever they want

Only a few are decent
Still haven't broken any hearts
Or left crying babies without fathers;
Sons to imitate their every deeds
Girls to stay at home breastfeeding their fatherless children, with their dreams thrown away like trash

I stopped
Hands on my knees as I tried to catch my breath
This is not going to stop
Generations
Like fathers like sons

The lucky ones were able to latch onto the few
Who grew up with fathers
Who knew what it meant to love a woman

Generations
They are getting worse
The love cannot be felt anymore
They run around with zips of their pants open
Eyes wide open to not a miss their next prey
Just like their fathers
