Two months in. The girl and the boy saw each other more often now. They scheduled dates every weekend, missing each other's faces only Monday through to Wednesday, as one of them had tuition or Basketball practice.
The friend saw the change in the girl. The light in her eyes. The constant blush in her cheeks.

The girl turned to her friend, surprised, and then blushing again.
Why would you say that? the girl asked, looking to the floor, thinking. But that light and blush was all the confirmation the friend needed to know the answer.
