**Important note at the end :)

Charlie's pov

"Thank you so much for coming" I smiled as the nervous girl stepped out of the office.

"I like her" Harry sighed.

"Harry, seriously? She barely spoke above a whisper. She was fidgeting and possibly sweating the entire time"

"Well she will be too scared to mistreat Aidan and she won't touch our shit without permission. I bet she's great at Spanish and will have him mumbling fluently"

He was being sarcastic and I wasn't in the mood. We had been through six interviews already and none of them seemed qualified enough. I laid my head on the table and heard the door crack open a minute later.

"Hey guys you have one more girl out here. Did you want me to send her in?" Nina smiled standing in the doorway of Harry's office.

"Yea. Send her in. Thanks Nina" she closed the door and I groaned. "That was suppose to be the last one for today. I didn't mean to set up seven! I don't even remember setting up a seventh. I thought we would have one by now" I searched my notes hoping for a hint to who I had scheduled.

"Baby I have to get back to Zayn's session. Ed wants me to watch over it personally. I've been gone for over an hour"

"Ok. I think I can handle it" I sat back, shuffling through the remaining resumes. Harry kissed my cheek before walking to the door.

As he stepped out I heard him apologize.

"It's ok. I wasn't looking where I was going. I'm so sorry" a female apologized also.

I stood greeting her as she approached the table. Her hair was in a neat pony tail and her make up fresh, yet subtle. She seemed sweet based on her appearance.

"Hi I'm Charlie. That was my fiancé Harry. He's going to sit this one out"

"It's nice to meet you. I'm Payton. I hope he's not mad. I bumped into him as he walked out"

"Oh you're fine. He's just bored with interviews" we both laughed and I gestured for her to take a seat. "So Payton. I'm sorry but I must have misplaced your resume." I flipped through the remaining papers and the previous ones to make sure I hadn't mixed it in, but came up with nothing.

"I have another copy if you need it" she smiled sliding a folder across the table.

"You're very organized to be so young. Unlike me" I laughed.

"My parents are the same way. Most nineteen year olds are not this way. A lot of my friends are unorganized. Hopefully I can help if you hire me though" she grinned.

"Maybe" I picked up the resume and looked it over. She was more than qualified. She spoke Spanish and French. She was majored in education with a minor in foreign language. Her past jobs were all with daycares and babysitting while in high school. "Wow! You speak French and Spanish?"

"Yes ma'am" she beamed.

"Oh please just call me Charlie. I'm a mom not a grandmother" we shared a laugh and I asked her a few situational questions just to fill the time.

"That was the only incident I had. The doctors said I performed CPR perfectly and little Meredith has yet to swallow anymore Legos"

"Wow! You saved her life and you weren't even the babysitter?"

"Nope! Just visiting a friend in middle school. The babysitter freaked out. I was trained not to panic"

"Ok so I have to tell you. Aidan has asthma. We've been back and forth to the doctor trying to determine what's triggering his attacks. They happen randomly. Day or night. He's sometimes just playing with his toys and I'll hear him start wheezing. So they are very unpredictable. Is that something you could handle? "
