Chapter 5

Up above is a picture of Kayla

(Ava's POV)

I woke up around 10:30 and mahogany was still asleep so got a shower and slipped on my dark wash shorts and my crop top tank. I put some natural looking makeup on and put my hair in a messy bun. When I got out of the bathroom Mahogany was up and on her phone "hey" I said "what's up" she replied "nothing much I think I'm going to go over to the boy's room" I said "k I'll be over soon" she replied. I walked over to the boy's room and knocked on the door.

(Nash's POV)

I had just gotten up when I heard a knock at the door. I got up and opened the door and Ava was standing there. "Hey" I said letting her inside "what's up" she said walking inside "where's Matt" she asked "um in the shower" I answered "why?" I asked "check twitter" she said before sitting on my bed "okay" I said confused before grabbing my phone and sitting next to her. I opened twitter and saw that Matt had posted a picture of me and Ava and captioned it -I ship it-. I sighed and looked at Ava "I'm sorry I said.

(Ava's POV)

"It's fine" I said laughing "I'm not worried I bet I'll be able to catch him easily" I said, he laughed just as Matt walked out of the bathroom. "Oh hey Ava I didn't know you were here, did you like the picture on twitter?" He smirked "I'm giving you a 5 second head start" I replied smiling sweetly as Nash and the other guys laughed "you wouldn't" he laughed nervously "4 seconds" I replied still smiling. He ran out the door with me on his heels as he ran around the hotel running this way and that. I was gaining on him but I didn't know what to do with him once I got him, but then I got an idea I slowly guided him so that he was trapped against the pool door the only thing he could do is go in. He ran inside and realized he was trapped he turned around "Ava you wouldn't" he said for the second time only to find out that again he is wrong. "Revenge is a dish best served cold" I replied smugly before running up and pushing him in the pool. I heard a bunch of laughing behind me as Matt made a huge splash. The boys had recorded the whole thing I hadn't even noticed.

(Nash's POV)

Ava had chased Matt around the whole building and pushed him in the pool and I got the whole thing recorded! I laughed "ooh Matt you shouldn't mess with this one she's got a few tricks up her sleeve" I said as Matt came up and dried himself off. "Whatever" he muttered as Ava walked over smiling with victory "nice one!" I said high fiveing her "thanks!" She said laughing. "Why don't we go to the beach today since one of us is already wet" Taylor suggested "sure" I said "is that okay with you?" I asked Ava "yeah let me just get my bathing suit on" she replied "hey is it okay if I invite Kayla" Matt asked "sure bro as long as you promise to keep the PDA to a low level I mean we have children here!" I said covering Hayes' eyes as everyone laughed "who's Kayla?" Ava asked "Matt's girlyfriend you'll like her" I replied "alright let's get changed" I said as everyone headed back to their rooms.

(Ava's POV)

When I got back to the room I put my teal and purple paisley bandeau bikini top on and then my matching teal bottoms. Over that I put a white tank top and some shorts I grabbed my flip flops, my sunglasses and towel and walked outside to be greeted by Maggie walking down the hall to our rooms. "Hey maggs!" I said "what's up? Feeling better?" She asked "yeah" I replied "we are heading over to the beach, you wanna come?" I asked "Nah I'm good just wanted to check up on ya I might be over later, but right now I'm off to volleyball practice" she replied "I totally forgot" I said smacking my forehead "I'm sorry" I said "it's fine!" She replied "I'll see you later don't do anything reckless" she said before walking away "I won't!" I called after her. "Who was that?" asked Mahogany who had walked up behind me "my friend Maggie she came to check up" I replied "oh well she seems nice" she replied "you ready to head out I think the guys are waiting for us down in the lobby" she said "yeah let's go" I replied. We took the elevator down and met the guys in the lobby "finally you guys took forever!" They complained "hey I don't just wake up perfect you know!" striking a pose they all laugh "alright let's get this show on the road" said Matt "Kayla's gonna met us down there" Matt told us "okay" Nash replied back before we walked out into the harsh daylight. We walked down to the beach and chose a spot to sit as Matt flagged down his girlfriend. A pretty short blonde haired girl came striding over "Hey guys!" She chirped, she got a chorus of "hey Kayla"s back "Kayla this is Ava and Ava this is Kayla" Matt introduced us "so you must be the girl who dunked my boyfriend in the pool" she said "nice job!" She said a second later putting up her hand to hi five me. "Thanks" I said laughing and hi fived her back "hey!" Matt said with a pout "you probably deserved it" Kayla said but still gave Matt a kiss. "Guys what did I say about the PDA level!" Nash yelled we laughed. We all got sunscreen on and I laid down to tan as the guys hit the freezing cold water.
