Chapter 12

Ava's POV

The next day I woke up still on the couch but I had a blanket draped over me. Maggie must've done it before she left, I think I'd be dead without her. I get up and walk over to the kitchen I open the fridge and grab some eggs. I cook up the eggs before I get dressed and check my phone I had one message from Maggie, 3 messages from Nash, and 1 from Cam. I check what Maggie wanted first, she said that she would be over at 11. I laugh it wasn't a question, it was a statement. I don't want to talk to Nash right now so I check the message from Cameron, it said that he needed to talk to me. I sighed I really didn't want to talk to him because I knew it was about Nash. So I walked downstairs and turned on the tv. Soon after it heard a knock at the door before Maggie walked in and sat next to me "so I got a text from Cameron this morning" she said as I groaned "hey how do you know what it was about? Cameron is my boyfriend you know" she said "oh sorry what was it about?" I asked looking at her "you" she muttered as I glared at her "look I know your mad but I think you'll really want to know what he has to say" she says I just stare at her "And why in the world would I want to do that?" I say "because he deserves at least a chance to explain himself" she says in a tone of voice telling me that I literally had no choice "fine I'll talk to him today after they get back" I say with a sigh before going back to the tv.

Kayla's POV

"Why should Ava even think about forgiving Nash I mean he kissed Chelsea! the crazy bitch who tried to hurt me and mahogany!" I yelled at Matt "you heard what cam said and I trust him, you just don't want their relationship to work out!" He yelled back "and why wouldn't I want my friends relationship to work out? I mean are you even thinking cause if you are then your a lot stupider then I thought you were!" I said as he glared at me "because your jealous of her, you want Nash to yourself" he replied, ok now I was really mad. We have gone over and over this millions of times I. Did. Not. Like. Nash. "How could you even say that! god your being so naive!" I yelled "yeah well maybe if you think I'm being so naive and stupid you should just break up with me!" He yelled back I was shocked but I was also furious "your right. It's over Matt I'm done with this" I snapped before walking out of the room.

Matts POV

I can't believe she just broke up with me. I walked into Nash and Cameron's room they looked at me confused "what was all the yelling about?" Shawn asked "Kayla broke up with me" I said in a small voice before sitting down. They all looked at me shocked, me and Kayla had been together for 3 year and of course we had our fights but this one was different, it ended with broken up. "What?" Cameron asked shocked "she broke up with me and then walked out of the room" I replied not even sure what I was feeling right now "dude are you ok?" Taylor asked as I got up "nope" I replied before walking out the door.

Nash's POV

"Do you think we should go after him?" Cameron asked "yeah don't you remember last time he was depressed?" I replied Matt really wasn't stable when it came to emotions. So we got up and saw him just outside the door sitting on the ground. We guided him back into our room and he laid down on the bed and started to cry. None of us were really good with tears so we just took turns sitting with him and patting him every once and awhile to make sure he was alive. "So do you think Ava will come and talk to you?" Cameron asked me "I hope so, I really messed up man" I replied looked at him "yeah you did but I think she'll forgive you" he said "I hope so, I hope so"

Ava's POV

We were still watching tv when I heard a knock at the door. I walked over and open it and I saw a teary eyed Kayla standing in front of me "Kayla what happened?" I asked as she kinda just collapsed in my arms "I broke up with Matt" she said as we walked inside "what why?" I asked confused as I helped her on the couch where Maggie had a very confused look on her face "well it had started as an argument about wether you should forgive Nash or not" after she told us about the argument I said "I'm going to talk to Nash after they're done, maybe you should talk to Matt" she looked at me surprised "are you going to forgive him?" She asked "well I have to see what he has to say first so not necessarily." I reply sighing "oh, I guess I can talk to Matt" she said "ok enough with all this depressing stuff it's well... depressing. We should do something fun!" Maggie said as I rolled my eyes "and what do you suggest we do oh wise one?" I replied it was her turn to roll her eyes "how about we go surfing?" She suggested "wait you guys know how to go surfing?" Kayla asked surprised "yeah we can teach you though" I replied "ok let's go then" she said before started to get up "um Kayla I think we need to get bathing suits" Maggie said laughing. Kayla laughed "yeah I guess we do" she said before we all went to get changed. A couple minutes later we are driving down to the beach. When we get there we rent surf boards and jump in the water. "Are you sure that I'm going to be able to do this?" Kayla asked nervously "yeah it's easy you just a paddle out on your stomach like this" I replied as we taught her how. She got the hang of it fast as we rode a ton of waves. They weren't really big so they were easy for Kayla. Once we had gotten tired we went back to the boardwalk and grabbed some food. "Guess what" Maggie said checking her phone "what" I replied "I think it's time for you two to go talk to some friends of ours"
