OSo, I think most,if not,all of these actors are english-speakers so normally their japanese-attempt accent will be a bit,no,terrible. That's why this chap was born, to help all the characters in MHA have english names *also because i hope those actors will look at the names and hopefully call the characters that way, pls i have sensitive ears in this situation*
Also, it's worth noticing that the animes in eng dub that I watched will usually name the characters in their English names, take Detective conan eng dub when Ran's named "Rachel", Kogoro named "Richard" etc. So that's the thrid reason why this chap is born,
