Rip tide rescue - Swim

Light and darkness coexist

But it's up to you to find harmony on the darker days and resist

Or else the darkness will push you inside a deep dark hole

Remember you're in control

If the darkness tries to drown you

Learn to swim and find strength to tap into

Fight back until you reach the surface

If you fail along the way it's okay keep trying you have a purpose

Never give up hope

For if you do you'll be at the end of your rope

There is light if there is darkness

Like bright stars on a night that seems starless

The light is there it's just being clouded

Don't fear if you seem lost in the darkness you won't always be surrounded

You will find your path that brings light into you and learn to coexist together harmoniously
