I heard your words
Before the world blurred
Surfing the wave of shock
Time fell away
Riding the too-swift tides in my veins
Soul splintering pains
Threatening to cause my demise
Being brutally dehumanized
Leaving the boat to capsize
The ocean flows red
I try to drown in my tears & a bottle of pills
Hell in my heart
Eyes dart
Unequivocally changed
My body turns to ice
Shock.....shock
I'm in shock
I don't have a rock
Obliterated future
On my two feet I waver
Crashing down I go
To a world of the unknown
