I'm so hungry
Hungry for better days
A life that's worth living always
A thirst so dire
To put out my internal fire
In need of a bite
To feed my soul tonight
Something so succulent
And oh so opulent
That fills me up to the brim
So my days are no longer dim
But are filled with contentment and peace within
