Maybe Belle was right, but I don't really care. I love her and that's all that matters to me. I'd do anything for her. If I have to get out more because she wants me to, I will. it's as simple as that. She's right anyway. We have to go back to the streets. It's ours now and we have to take some responsibility.
'Let's go to the Streets tonight. there's a dancebattle' I say to Belle, who is lying next to me on the couch.
'I haven't danced in ages, Jake. And neither have you' she answers while sighing.
'wasn't it your idea to get out more?' I laugh. that's Belle. always changing her mind.
'yeah, but I don't want to embarrass myself in front of everyone. our reputation is already bad enough as it is'
'you could never embarrass yourself' I tell her before pressing a kiss on her lips. she puts her arms around me and looks up.
'thanks babe, but as my boyfriend you are supposed to say that' I laugh hard. 'ofcourse'
'you really should come tonight' a voice says from behind us.
Sophia and Luke are standing behind the couch. they're holding hands like they always do. they're even closer than Belle and I.
'who let you in?' Belle yells before hugging Sophia. Luke and I are just shaking our heads. they're acting like they haven't seen each other in years when they only saw each other yesterday.
'Jake's mother. I missed you' Sophia mumbled.
'You saw each other yesterday' Luke voices my thoughts after Sophia and Bell let each other go.
'Yeah well, my best friend was in a coma for months. I'm allowed to behave this way!' Sophia says in a low voice. She's glaring at look Luke and I.
I put my hands up. 'What did I do'
'You're friends with this idiot' she puts her hands around Bell. 'And you were thinking the same thing. I saw it'
Bell puts her arms around Sophias neck. 'Don't you dare think we hug to much. We almost lost each other. We have the right to be so close all the time'
Luke and I look at each other and put our hands up. 'Sure whatever'
'So why did you want us to come to the streets tonight?' I ask before they both burst into tears.
'There's a new guy. People whisper he wants to take over the place. Tonight is his first show. If he's any good, people will want to replace you' Luke states.
Sophias arms tighten around Belle. 'I heard he recently moved here from Europe, but nobody knows his name'
'Well, let's go show him what he's up against'
