" MEMORY LANE "

Blake was angry his emotions, as most know, completely taking over his conscious.
He'd gone to the Salvatore boarding house once again.
"Hello girls and gays."
He sighed pouring himself a glass of bourbon.
"Uh what are you doing here?"
Stefan rose an eyebrow asking curiously,
not hostilely.
"Mikaelson's are assholes."
"No kidding."
Caroline snorted at Damon's comment.
"God, they try to put me back in that coffin?"
Blake scoffed throwing back his drink.
"Ridiculous."
Blake took a seat by Stefan.
"Yeah they do tend to get dagger happy."
Damon pursed his lips.
"God."
Blake scoffed resting his head on Stefan's shoulder.
"End my suffering please."
Stefan laughed playfully pushing him away.
"Shoot Damon we have to go pick up Elena."
Caroline groaned annoyed as she dragged the raven haired man outside.
"So what's your story?"
Stefan asked boldly as Blake sank into the couch.
"My sister was going to marry some God, he looked like you actually. However he was screwing our handmaid, so she cursed them, then got killed leaving me all alone.
I fled for decades finding the Mikaelson's where I became the Original heretic."
Blake summed up quickly.
"You were Qetsiyah's brother?"
Stefan's eyes widened.
"That's the one. And you're Silas's doppelgänger. I never thought I'd say this but for once the original copy isn't the best."
Blake grinned at Stefan who chuckled glancing at the floor.
"Sometimes you seem so human and other times you just-"
"Seem like an animal?"
Blake finished his sentence for him.
For once Stefan saw an expression other then anger on the boy.
"I suppose I have my lovely sister to blame for that.
When she killed Silas and Amara I was devastated. They were my best friends.
She said I was being too emotional so, she decided to take it away."
"What your emotions?"
Stefan gaped.
"Of the sorts. She left the important ones anger, happiness, and whatever I'm feeling now I guess."
Blake sighed.
"Nothing else?"
Stefan asked feeling sympathy for the boy.
"No hate, guilt, envy, grief, no love."
Blake looked like a kicked puppy at that.
"She told me once I feel pain like she had I'd feel emotions as vividly as I once did."
Blake caught Stefan's piercing green eyes.
"And until then?"
"I act like the animal everyone believes me to be."
In that moment Stefan didn't know that he was the only person Blake had told of his past.
