I liked it so far and I like the main female character but I wished the accident happened a bit later in the story so we could know Ethan a bit more but hey it's your story not mine. I love how you describe things as well, I thought that was nice too. Also I found a couple grammar errors but not much to affect the story but I would still go back and edit it.
Overall it's a great story and I would recommend it to anyone who loves a good romance novel.
