Chapter 33:

Jazmine

"Jazmine!" I heard my name being called from everybody as I walked into my salon. I know I'm on bed rest, but I'm on my way to the doctors so I decided to stop in and check on things.

I said my heys to everybody as I headed to the back to talk to my assistant manager Paul.

"Jazmine, when are you coming back? They don't do hair like you," One of my regulars said.

I chuckled. "I'm sure they're doing amazing, but give me a few months boo and I got you."

"Fine, oh and your kids are so cute."

I smiled. "Thank you."

In the middle of talking to Paul my phone rung. It was Jay, but I ignored it since he's been ignoring me and my calls the past month. After Jay found the ring not on my finger he snapped on me, our relationship has been all over the place. Crazy thing is it doesn't even seem we are a couple anymore. He sees the boys everyday but I'm on bed rest so I have barely seen him when he was around.

"Girl, you can answer that phone. I know it's probably that fine ass King," Paul said making me laugh, he plays too much. I got a text and read it.

Jay: why the fuck I get word you was seen at ya shop?

Jay: stop ignoring me and answer ya damn phone!!

I sighed as my phone rung again. I finally answered.

"Where the fuck you at!?" Jay snapped into the phone.

"Somewhere you ain't. What, King?" I asked and Kaine squealed when he heard his dad's name.

"You got my sons with you and you're on bed rest and shit. Yo, I swear you're gonna make me catch a fucking case." I rolled my eyes.

"I'm on my way to my doctor's appointment so I'm taking them with me since I had them."

"You got a fucking appointment and didn't tell me!?" He yelled through the phone.

"If you would have answered the phone!" I snapped back.

"I'm pulling up now come the fuck outside," he said before hanging up.

"Come on, Kjayy, ya dad is outside. See ya, Paul. I'll be back in a few months keep up ya work boo," I said hugging him.

"Okay love, you just take care of them babies and stay healthy," he said rubbing my stomach.

I walked out to a pissed off Jay, I don't even care. He was taking the car seat out of my car and putting it in his. "I know you better not had carried this fucking car seat either," Jay said taking Kaine from me after putting Kjayy inside. I rolled my eyes and just got into the car.

He's mad when he wanted to cancel the wedding, well postpone same difference. He wanted to get mad that I took the ring off and disappear on and off for a month. All this shit isn't helping anything, everything was stressing me out so bad. I didn't have anybody over my house for Christmas, our suppose to be wedding day, just me and my boys.

"Can I get off bed rest yet?" I asked the doctor.

"Sorry you still need to take it easy," he said after he gave me a shot to make baby girl's lungs develop faster.

"Eww, mommy you got a shot, I don't like," Kjayy said scrunching up his face, making me laugh.

When we got home. The crew was there, I went and laid on the couch up under my cover.
