We finally made it to his house.
"Tell June & Cory to stay in the car. Kayla gne go knockbon the doir cause he gotta sister & see if he here." Lehlani informed Micah
I sighed and got out the car. I made my way to the door and hesitated to ring the doorbell. The door swung open and there stood Nicey.
"Hey Kayla!" She smiled. "Oh how much Ive missed you! Shawn ex ugly asf i really hated her she gotta attitude. and her breath was kickin! you looking for Shawn?" she spoke
I laughed.
"Hey Nicey. And Yes, Looking for Shawn." I said
"He not here, he went to the pool with some friends then he going to someone house. Ill text him and then let you know."
"Thanks, but dont let him know im looking for him. I want it to be a surprise." I said
"Okay." She smiled giving me a hug
Now I really wanted to cry. Knowing Micah, June, and Jacory, they gone beat that nigga half to death. And I didnt want to put Nicey through that.
I said my goodbyes and made my way back to the car. Once in, I began to cry.
"Nae what the fuck you crying for?" Lani asked
"Cause yall gone kill him and he gotta whole sister." She whined
She was right.. or atleast half right.
"Ugh Kayla seitch seats with me yall can have the pity party back here." I said
We switched seats and I laid on Nae's shoulder as we cried together.
"'Man nah because Nicey so sweet. She gave me kitkats." Nae spoke
Thats when my crying immediately turned into laughter. I cant never be sad around these folks.
"So you gone tell us were she is?" Lehlani asked
"Oh he at the pool rn then she gne text me where he going next." I said silently
Micah was on the phone the whole time. Who tf he talking to? Lehlani pulled hers out and told texted the gc we were all in telling June and Jacory where he was.
