"Brynn. One day you're going to have to talk," Carson tells me. I sit back in the chair and don't look at him.
"Why?" I ask. "Because nobody knows why you aren't talking," "I'm talking to you," I say. "And me only," Carson says.
"So, now that you are only talking to me, everyone's pressuring me to get this secret out of you. And I'm sick of it," he says.
"I don't want anyone to know," I say. "Well we need to know," he says. "What if it's already resolved?" I ask.
"Then you should be talking because it's in the past," Carson says. I stay quiet and he sits back in his chair.
I don't want this getting around. Maybe if I talk it will be okay. I don't want to get in trouble again.
I don't want anything to happen again. "Brynn," Carson starts. "Please tell me," I sigh. What do I say?
What do I say?! "Will you please talk?" he asks. "Not today," I say then walk out of the room.
I hate this school.
