Eyes Closed (Chaelisa)

Chapter 7

Lisa POV

I closed the hotel room door and shouted "Chichu-unnie! Jennie-unnie! Come play with me!" Proceeding to sit on the sofa and opened the tv looking through the channels.

"Lisa! Why are you here again? I'm tired don't bother us and go back to your room." Jisoo-unnie jokingly said as she came out of the bathroom. She was already wearing her pajamas, it was the same pajama set that all four of us had. 

"Oh? Chaeyoung-ah isn't with you?" She asked me as she sat beside me. I pouted as I heard Jisoo ask me this question.

"Chichuuu, Rosie is talking with her sister. She said she'd go here after the call."

"Omo! Lisa you're going viral. They're saying your solo stage was amazing." Jennie unnie came out of the bedroom and showed me her phone. We all scooted together to watch the video, as she said there were already thousands of views and a lot of comments.

"The people are saying I am the best. Don't you agree Jisoo-unnie and Jennie-unnie?" I laughed and joked around like my usual self telling them that I was the best.

"Aish, this girl's head is getting so full of herself. You were really good though."

"Jennie-unnie your really mean it? You're so sweet. Eh-hee." I hugged her and started showing off my specialty. My aegyo. We were playing rock-scissors-paper while Jisoo-unnie was watching tv.

We heard the hotel room door open and Rosie walked in. Sajangnim changed her stage name to Rosè but I prefer calling her Rosie, Chaeyoung or Chaeng, somehow it seemed more intimate that I call her using her real name and nickname. Sometimes I also call her Chipmunk because she's so cute when her cheeks get stuffy.

I saw her face as she walked in and she's not in the best of moods again. Her face looks so moody but to my surprise she sat beside Jisoo-unnie and started talking to her. I couldn't help but listen. I fully focused on listening to their conversation while I absentmindedly played paper for every round I played with Jennie-unnie.

"Unnie, I saw a video of us on Instagram. The blinks said we were so cute when we were holding hands during the concert." Rosie showed Jisoo-unnie her phone.

"Chaesoo? The fans are still shipping us." She booped Rosie's nose and playfully said "Ppoong!"

"They are hoping that we have more moments together. Maybe I can kiss your cheek unnie?" She playfully said while making circles on Jisoo-unnie's left cheek.

"Ya Lisa! You've been playing paper for the past 10 rounds. Let's stop the game and watch tv." Jennie-unnie was a bit grumpy for some reason.

"Pasta, I am the older one here so maybe I'll be the one to kiss your cheek tomorrow?" Jisoo-unnie answered back.

I was starting to feel more and more annoyed. Rosie wasn't in the mood to talk to me but here she was being sweet with unnie. She never asked me if she could kiss my cheek at the concert even though she knows that the Chaelisa ship is more famous. We used to watch all the videos about Blackpink and we also came across alot of ship videos so we know which ship is more famous.

"Lisa, you're trending now! A famous singer complimented you on your dancing." Jennie showed me her phone again. Feeling curious, Jisoo-unnie came closer and looked at the phone.

"You were really sexy when you danced and you showed an amazing performance. I could never pull off something like that." Hearing a compliment from Jisoo-unnie I was flattered. I smiled and looked at Rosie waiting for her to compliment me too. She's usually the one to compliment me first.

"Lisa you were really good out there." She complimented me half-heartedly, her eyes were glued to her phone.

"Rosie, your solo stage was perfect tonight. I felt like you were the only person in the room when you sang." Damn, I wanted to get back at her and compliment her plainly as well but when I opened my mouth, my true thoughts came out. She looked a bit shocked at my words because she dropped her phone.

"Uh yeah, thanks L-lisa." she said while checking out her phone.

Did she just stutter? My chipmunk is really really cute. I could feel a smile creeping in and my annoyance at her was gone in a flash. I moved closer to Rosie and asked Jisoo to switch with me so I could sit beside Rosie. Thankfully she agreed immediately. She must have seen my very determined face. I fake coughed and faced Rosie, putting my plan into action.

"Chaeyoung-ah, the fans are also asking about Chaelisa. They keep saying that the ship has sunk but we're bestfriends so we shouldn't allow this to happen right? They might think that we aren't as close anymore. We have to show them our closeness, so why don't I kiss you instead? You can do Chaesoo next time, you guys just had a moment today so the blinks are already satisfied. Or if you want maybe you can k-kiss m-me?"

I felt my face getting hot. So embarrassing, I also stuttered. I was so confident while talking but I started imagining Rosie kissing me on the cheek and I ended up being really shy and embarrassed.

"We agree. You guys should do that. Blinks are thinking that you girls had a fight or something because you look very distant today." Both unnies were being supportive at my idea giving us a thumbs up.

Rosie looked at all of us and her face looked really conflicted but she shyly nodded her head in agreement.

"Okay great! We'll do it on our encore stage." I smiled triumphantly. That's a win for Lisa and a loss for Jisoo-unnie. I knew Rosie would pick me over unnie.

"Let's go back now Chaeng-ah, we need to get some beauty rest. We still have a long day ahead of us tomorrow." I say while pulling her along with me towards the exit.

"Bye unnies! Good night" we waved goodbye and returned to our room.

Rosie wouldn't allow me to sleep on her bed but I didn't mind. I was in a really good mood tonight. I can't wait for tomorrow!
