"i believe congratulations are in order." elliot stated as i turned to him.
"for what?" i ask, thinking someone, like danny, had told him about me being pregnant already.
"for getting a confession out of the guy. i thought he was gonna cry."
"right, thank you." i say, with a small smile,
"you okay?" liv asks.
"why wouldn't i be?" i replied.
"hey erin!" sonny said as she walked into the squad room.
"sonny, it's good to see you." she smiled. "you too el."
"what's up big sis?" i ask as she stops in front of me.
"came by to see what you were up to."
"working a case, but besides that nothing. is everything okay?"
"yeah, yeah. just came down to see you." she said.
however, i know my sister and that's not what she wanted to do.
"will you excuse us a minute?" i say to elliot as he nods and i took her to the break room.
"you wanna go baby shopping,
don't you?" i ask her.
"i really do. can we go when you get off, please?"
"erin, i'm only three months. i've got six months before the kid comes."
"i know, i just want you to be prepared for when it does."
"i haven't even told my squad yet." i told her as she looked at me in shock.
she fumbled over her words before saying, "you didn't tell your squad?"
"what didn't she tell her squad?" jamie asks now coming into the break room.
"what are you doing here?"
"i wanted to see if you wanted to get some lunch."
"you wanna come baby shopping too, don't you?"
"a little bit. now what didn't you tell your squad?"
"that she's pregnant." erin tells him.
