Chapter 5

Garmadon raised an eyebrow when Lloyd said that Harumi had 'Used' Lloyd. "Used you?"

"She uh.. tricked me. Took advantage of me... Of my emotions..." Lloyd thought for a second "Like how you were trying to make me angry. She uh, tricked me into thinking she liked me... Like, like-liked me..." Lloyd kicked a rock "A-And I fell for it..." Garmadon frowned as they walked closer and closer to Borg Tower. "Uh oh." Lloyd muttered as he looked around a corner. "Oni, maybe we can sneak behind them, or find a manhole or-"

"Stay behind me." Garmadon said flatly as he walked towards the Oni. "Hello fellow Oni-" Garmadon was cut off by an Oni yelling and pointing at Lloyd, who was just barely visible from behind Garmadon

"What're they saying?" Lloyd asked

"It's Oni language. They know you're a hybrid." Garmadon explained as he drew his sword

"A hybrid?" Lloyd questioned, drawing his sword as well

"Your part Oni, part Dragon!" Garmadon attacked an Oni. "I told you that you shouldn't have come! The Oni originally came to this world to hunt down your Grandfather. They were to turn him to their side, or kill him!"

"Do they think I'm him!?"

"No! But if we don't hurry, they will try to imprison you!" Garmadon grabbed Lloyd's arm and dragged him into Borg Tower. "Stay by my side." Garmadon ordered, his grip on Lloyd's wrist tightening

"Dad, you're hurting my wrist." Lloyd mumbled, feeling like a child who's father was dragging him around through a crowded area of people

Garmadon glanced down at Lloyd. "Sorry..." Garmadon muttered as he continued to drag Lloyd down the hall. "Which way?" He asked, Lloyd didn't reply for a second. "Lloyd."

Lloyd blinked and then answered "It's in the basement. The elevator is over there." Lloyd pointed at the elevator

"Let's get going then."

Lloyd struggled to not trip over his own two feet as Garmadon dragged him over to the elevator. "How did they know?" Lloyd asked once they were in the elevator

"How did who know what?"

"How did the Oni know I was part Oni part Dragon?"

"Oni can sense when there is a dragon near. Much like dragons can sense when Oni are near. When the Oni did not see a dragon, but someone who looked similar to the Hybrid they come to this world to hunt down. They knew immidietly. That and your eyes are still red and gold..."

"I... I look like my Grandfather?" Lloyd questioned, ignoring the last part

"Yes. You look very similar to him." Soon the elevator reached the basement and Garmadon dragged Lloyd down yet another hallway. "Which door."

"That one." Lloyd pointed to a door, which had been destroyed, seemingly burned from when the Oni had broken free

Garmadon let go of Lloyd's wrist. "Stay behind me, just in case. Don't be seen." Garmadon walked into the room, the Realm Crystal was pitch black, Garmadon went to strike it but was hit with a staff

Lloyd stepped back from an Oni who was now forming out of the Darkness. The Oni laughed darkly when it saw Lloyd. "The Hybrid." It stepped towards Lloyd. "No, a new Hybrid, you are not Him." The Oni looked down at Lloyd "You are a desendant." Darkness from around the room circled Lloyd and formed a cage around him. Lloyd swung his sword at the bars of the cage. "You will not escape Hybrid."

Garmadon attacked the Oni from behind. "You will not imprison my son!" Garmadon yelled. Lloyd looked around the cage as his father faught the Oni. The cage was slowly closing in on him. His stomach felt as though it was twisting into knots, he felt as though he couldn't breathe. The black clouds of darkness that had created the cage came closer and closer to him. He put his hands on his head, covering his ears he tried to block out the sound of swords clanging against each other. He felt as though a war was happening in his head. Pain seared through him, a burning pain, like fire was burning him. He began to scream, before blacking out. "Lloyd!" Garmadon yelled as he jabbed his sword into the Oni's gut. The Oni disappeared into smoke, as did the cage. Garmadon shattered the Realm Crystal and ran over to Lloyd. "Lloyd. Lloyd, wake up!" Garmadon exclaimed as he checked for a pulse. "Thank my father he's not dead." Garmadon exclaimed, suddenly, forgotten memories ran through Garmadon's mind. Lloyd becoming the Golden Ninja, then getting kidnapped, Chen's evil plot, Lloyd appearing in The Cursed Realm, then nothing. As the darkness around them faded Garmadon's helmet disappeared, his hair became grey, two of his arms disappeared, and his Sensei robe appeared. He returned to the state he'd once been, good and kind

"D-Dad?" Lloyd asked as he slowly woke up

"Lloyd!" Garmadon hugged his son "I remember son! I remember everything!"

"Dad." Lloyd smiled, before his eyes became wide. "LOOK OUT!" He shouted before he shoved his father. An Oni stabbed a sword down, narrowly missing Lloyd

The Oni grabbed the front of Lloyd's gi. "You're annoying Hybrid."

"Let go of me!"

"You weren't so brave earlier." Lloyd struggled against the Oni's grip

"Let go!"

The Oni took the GoPro off Lloyd's head. "Your Hybrid friend will perish if he does not obey." The Oni said to the camera, before smashing it. "Your father will perish as well if you do not obey Hybrid."
