(Y/N) say by the ledge at camp, staring off into the distance. She heard light foot steps and looked back, only to be hugged by Javier

He sat down and gave her a warm smile "Hola hermosa"

(Y/N) gave a chuckle "I wish I knew what you were saying, your lucky to know a second language, you can say shit and no one will have a clue of what you said"

Javier laughed and looked over to the rising sun "well, hola hermosa is spanish for 'hello beautiful' "

(Y/N) started blushing and he gave her cheek a kiss "I got gaurd duty, I'll see you later mi amor" he cooed while (Y/N) nodded

Javier stood up and walked off and (Y/N) looked over to watch the sun finish rising

Karen walked up to (Y/N) and gave a wave to signal her to come over

(Y/N) moved up to Karen "what to you want?" she asked while Tilly and Mary-Beth came over as well

"We're going into town with Uncle and Arthur, wanna join us?"

(Y/N) nodded and gave a smile "sure, I gotta buy some treats for smoke anyways"

The four girls went over to a wagon and climbed into the back.

Uncle and Arthur both climbed to the front and Arthur began to drive them towards Valentine

Mary-Beth smirked at (Y/N) and gave a chuckle

(Y/N) grew hot and nervously tipepd her head to the side "whatcha smirking for?" she asked

Mary-Beth placed a hand under her chin and crossed her legs "oh don't be silly, we've been noticing how close you and Javier have been acting recently... are you two in some kind of relationship...?"

(Y/N) immidiantly turned red "w-we'll-"

Tilly gave Mary-Beth a light punch "hey its alright if you are with somone! Dont act like you didnt hear Karen and Sean once that Irish fool returned!"

Karen yelped "so what?! We all fuck guys what's the big idea..." she paused and her voice grew quieter "and dont pretend Abigail never slept with every guy before Jack was born because she sure as hell did, there is no difference from then and now other than the fact that we dont do it as often, besides, you've been talking to that Kieran guy alot"

Suddenly Arthur stopped the wagon and Tilly looked over to see a horse "why don't one of you rescue that poor guy's horse?"

(Y/N) stood up and saw a wagon at the side of the road, both horses missing.

The guy who owned the wagon was getting one horse while Arthur was approaching the white one

Arthur calmed down the horse and lead it over, giving it back to the guy and getting back onto the wagon

(Y/N) grabbed an apple off a shelf and placed it in the crate where other treats for her horse were stowed.

She smiled to the Cashier and handed him a 10 dollar bill. She picked up her crate and went outside to place it into the cart

Once she placed it in she backed up and wiped some dust off her dress

Suddenly something grabbed her and she was yanked away, she tried to give a scream but a hand was over her mouth.

Soon she was pinned against the back of the wooden house and a guy was holding a gun to her neck "empty your pockets ma'am and I'll let you live"

What a great way to meet the people of Valentine...

(Y/N) tried to free herself but the guy tightened his grasp on her "I'm loosing my patience ms"

She narrowed her eyes "sir it isnt polite to rob a lady, if I were you I'd stick to robbing guys, practice a little chivalry while you're at it" she snapped

The guy loaded his gun and it gave a click, causing (Y/N) to gulp

"Ma'am I wouldn't try my patience, now stop telling me what to do and-"

Suddenly another voice cut in "sir please shut your mouth and back up"

Another gun clicked and (Y/N) glanced over and felt relief hit her and she recognized Arthur

"You know this lady?" The man choked, slowly releasing his grip on (Y/N)

Arthur narrowed his eyes and kept his gun aimed at the guy's head "yes and if I were you I'd lower your gun and run off before I loose my patience"

The guy slowly lowered his gun and growled at Arthur "this isn't over..." he stomped off and (Y/N) have a gasp of relief

"You alright ms (L/N)?" Arthur asked as he hollistered his gun

(Y/N) wiped dust off of her shoulder and nodded "I am now thanks to you"

Arthur smiled and led her back to the wagon "Tilly and Karen also got themselves into trouble, I guess you girls arent too lucky"

(Y/N) gave a small laugh as he helped her climb into the back of the wagon "you're right about that"

Tilly, Karen, and (Y/N) all told each other and Mary-Beth about their troubles in Valentine as they began to ride back, saying how grateful they were for Arthur to step in and save them

...

As the wagon entered camp, (Y/N) immidiantly began to look around for Javier, eventually finding him sitting at a table while sharpening a knife

She waited for the wagon to stop and got out, grabbing her crate and walking over to her tent to set it down besid her cot before walking up to Javier

"Welcome back (Y/N), I hope you enjoyed your visit to Valentine" he said as he put away his knife and stood up to hug her

(Y/N) scratched the back of her head after they pulled apart "well it wasnt too enjoyable, luckily Arthur was there"

Javier immidiantly gave a jerk and looked around for Arthur "what the fuck happened and who do I need to kill"

(Y/N) gave a nervous laugh "well I was gonna get robbed or shot in the neck but Arthur stopped whoever the robber was before it was too late"

Javier's eyes filled with worry and he wrapped her up in his arms and rested his chin on her head "well, dont worry, I'm here now... and if we go back to Valentine feel free to point out that bastard and I'll personally stab him just for you"

In my third playthrough Revrend just left and honestly I cried cause I like that guy and think he's underrated. Idk why he's just that one special boi in camp
