*two days after ice skating*

Alex: hey, do you wanna hang out next sunday

Me: yeah sure

Alex: do you want to invite anyone? I'm pretty sure violet wants to come.

Me: i don't mind

Alex: so you want her to come?

Me: i don't care, you can invite her if you want.

Alex: it be cool if it's just the two of us.

When he said that i panicked and went to Wara.

Me: Wara, Alex just asked to hang out with just me and him. I mean he did ask if i wanted to invite violet but like i was like i don't mind.

Wara: i mean, you can hang with him alone, but just make sure it's not a date. Like two people is a date. Sorta

Me: nah. We just hanging out.

Wara: i know but like invite someone else.

Me: ok.

After that chat with Wara i went back to Alex's chat.

Me: i feel like we should invite Violet because like she really wanted to hang with us.

Alex: well, since we're inviting her ill invite some of my friends too.

Me: sounds good.

After that i went back to Wara to chat to her about Dallas

Me: dude. The ice skating date with Dallas was eh.

Wara: huh? Like bad?

Me: yeah. I don't know man. I kinda wanna break up with him.

Wara: Why? What do you mean?

Me: it's just i don't know. I feel like we are better off friends

Wara: i mean do whatever you want. Not my decision

Me: ahhhh whatever. Ill just wait it out and see what happens

Wara: yeah do whatever. Wait till school starts again at least.

Me: okay.

*later that day*

I was texting Paige about how shes gonna go to Vietnam in a few days when out of no where she brings up Dallas.

Paige: how are you and Dallas going? Heard y'all went ice skating

Me: it was boring not gonna lie. Kinda wanna break up with him but like i don't know. We'll see as time goes. I'm just really uncertain.

Paige: shit. What happening? And yeah ice skating is boring in general.

Me: he didn't do anything. But like i don't know. Not feeling the relationship anymore i guess. Oh and don't tell him anything.

Paige: nah thats fine. I won't. He's kinda assuming you're gonna break up with him anyway.

Me: wait. what really?

Paige: like at school or something
