From a Duo to a Trio : the first year

Here comes Darrie

" I can't believe Carrie is in labor I just hope we can make it in time" Ally panicked

" hey don't worry, we'll make it!!" Austin assured her " we have 15 minutes until we land in LA"

" and then another hour drive" she said " who knows A lot can happen in fifteen minutes!!"

He puts his hand on her shoulder " calm down don't stress yourself out and the baby" She smiles a bit " you're right"
" Ava are you excited to meet the new baby" Ally said redirecting her attention " baby" Ava repeated squeezing her baby doll

" this baby is gonna be a real baby" Austin said to her

" I'm so happy we got her this baby doll it's a great way to practice being a big sister!" Ally said
" She loves that thing" he said looking at Ava hitting the baby doll against the arm rest
Ally's eyes widen " no no no! Gentle gentle" she reminds Ava

Ava pats the baby softly before kissing it " aww such a good little mommy" Ally said

" I kinda like when she wrestles the baby doll " Austin laughs " she makes these funny grunting noise it's.." 

" not funny!!" Ally said " when this baby comes, she needs to be soft and gentle! Not rough! You're not helping you're only promoting it.. she sees you laughing she'll think it's okay to do it to her brother or sister!!""

" okay okay fine! .. all I said it was funny" he said
" it's not!" She said
  " mommy always gets her way" he groaned

Ally shoved his shoulder a bit " did I lie?" He asked

She rolls her eyes and sits back " whatever"

After landing, they quickly got into the car before calling Dez

" she's like 5 centimeters!!" Dez said " still!! But she's making some progress!"

" good!! We didn't miss it tell Carrie to hold the baby in just a little longer!!" Austin said " were like 45 minutes away"
He hangs up " alright let's go"

" I can't believe the baby is going to be born tonight!" Penny said

" I can't believe we're actually gonna make it"  Austin said

" I know right!! Thank goo..* sniffs* Austin did you fart?" Ally asked

" NO!" he said " did you fart? You smelt it you dealt it!"

" no I didn't!!" She said

" yea because girls Clearly don't fart! Blame it on the one guy in here" he said

" I wasn't blaming you! I just asked!" She said " I was gonna ask everyone else"

" yea okay Ally like you were gonna ask who else farted" he said

" I was!" She said

" kids!!" Penny said " someone just went potty"

Austin and Ally both looked at each other " NOT IT"

" I said it first!" He said
" I said it a second earlier!" She said
" I was a millisecond early!" He argued
" I was!"
" I was!"

" KIDS!! I'll change her!! Just take a time out! Both of you!" Penny said " when I get back I don't want to hear any more arguing or talking!! For the rest of this drive!!"

" mom"

" mom nothing! Jeez!!" Penny said

" come on baby" she said taking Ava out the car seat " work it out"

Penny shuts the door and makes her way to the restroom area

It was a bit of an awkward silence.. it was a rough morning with them being down each other's throats
