"wow thank you so much I'm gonna need to think about it so can I think about it and let you know.. okay thanks bye" I replied
"Jesse!" I shouted as I heard the door open
"what's up babe?" he replied
"how was training?" I asked "yeah it was alright good to see the lads again, do you wanna go grab some food with rashy and Lu?" he responded
"yeah sure lemme just go change and I'll meet you in the car" I said

"so I've got some news" I said excitedly
"fucking hell you've just got engaged how can you have more news" Marcus joked
"yeah well I don't even know what news she's talking about this time" Jesse laughed
"Gareth offered me the job permanently if I want it" I announced
"oh my god Luce congrats" they said "so you're not gonna go back to uni then?" Jesse asked
"no I don't think so, I loved the job so much and it'll only be during international breaks so I'll still be able to do my tutoring as well" I replied
"well I guess we should celebrate then" Lucia said before asking the waiter for some champagne
"to Lucy" they all said as well all clinked our glasses

"yeah well it's pretty easy to forget under José" Jesse moaned
"I know babe he's awful, but I'm pretty sure he won't be around for much longer" I said comforting him
"okay, but what if I'm injured so can't go on international break" he asked
"then you're gonna be the one that has to deal with me working away, not the other way around" I chuckled
