xxviii. Twenty-eight

Ana's pov.

We left the house at around 10 am, after we had finally convinced Louis shopping was a good idea and it wasn't waisting his time, which was particularly hard and started walking into town.

We had been walking for quite a while, before we realised we didn't actually know where we were heading. "Guys where are we actually going?" Kitana asked with a giggle "oh yea.. uhm. I don't know." Millie said quietly, "hey I know!" Dylan said, "do you have a brilliant idea now Dylan?" Millie said sarcastically, making Dylan roll his eyes and stick his tongue out which Millie did the same in response "come on stop acting like children guys, now what was your idea Dylan?" I asked "food!" He replied, grinning

"Food?" Malina said probably a little to loud "we only just ate dude" she added making me laugh, "I mean we can go get food if Dylan wants to" I laughed again, "Sure!" Avi agreed and we headed to find somewhere to eat

"Hey how about McDonald's?" Millie suggested "yes! Chicken nuggets!" Louis said, "we're definitely going there" he said before looking around and seeing the way everyone was looking at him, with their eyebrows raised "what? I like chicken nuggets"

So we headed into McDonald's and ordered our food, then found a booth to sit in "imagine if you were a chicken." I said to Louis, who was enthusiastically talking about his chicken "and if I was?" He asked, confused "you'd be a cannibal right now." I said trying not to laugh, "I think Louis is a chicken, so he must be a cannibal." Malina laughed, trying to do a chicken impression

As we left, Avi turned to us "honestly, I forgot what we're doing so someone tell me." She laughed awkwardly, Millie smiled and said "a castle ruins and then later we can go to dinner somewhere or something, shall we go?" "Yes ma'am" I replied with a giggle, linking arms with her as we began to walk towards the grounds of the castle.

"Imagine living here." Kitana said looking around and we were putting our wristband ticket things on (I honestly have know clue what they're called) "imagine being royalty" I added, "I think ana would make a good princess." Dylan said, making me go slightly red "she could be Dylan's princess." Malina winked at me again "oh my goodness Malina stop winking at me it's terrifying." I said laughing.

We had been walking around for some time now, taking pictures and enjoying our time together, and we were all very worn out "I am ready to go to sleep." Louis said with a yawn "same, I think I could fall asleep right here." I agreed, "oh yea those really comfy rocks." Millie grinned.

"You know what, I think we should all just go back to Ana's and eat food there rather than eating at a restaurant, it's to much effort." Millie added, I nodded "probably." As we started to get up to get ready to head home, Dylan stopped me "Wait, ana can I talk to you?" He asked, I raised my eyebrows a little worried "uh sure." I said, looking back to the others as we walked away who didn't seem to notice except from Malina who winked again.

"Okay, uh.. I'm a little nervous." Dylan whispered, I nodded "it's okay, take your time" I said softly, he smiled at me a little "Okay, uh ana uh as you know, I like you a little, no wait quite a lot." He said pausing and laughing awkwardly "I really like you, and uh I really hope you uh feel the same way." He looked down at the ground, both of us blushing but still grinning slightly "so uh what I've been trying to say is uh, will you be my girlfriend?"

I was silent for a while, trying to process that the boy I like a lot actually likes me back, I swear this kind of thing only happens in movies, Dylan looked up at me hopefully "yes." I whispered.
