It's been a while since everything change, Jason know there is anything to be sorry for, even if he miss them, things change and there was nothing he could do to avoid it, but that doesn't mean he couldn't be happy now, after all he won't be alone, not anymore.
He knew that sooner or later she would do it and he is glad she finally did it, making a place like that will fulfill the wish to never be alone again.
