Chapter 3: the team

I stepped out of my tube, unarmored, trying to process what happened, one of my memories came back, at least one thing is certain, I couldn't trust him, but who was he? how come he was the only one who was blacked out. Ok this is way too confusing, I leaned back against the wall, I looked up and saw that above the names on the tube, there were gold sheets engraved with the strangest names

Jake: Phoenix, sombra, firecracker, ranger, shiro wolf. curious

The Phoenix name was over my tube. Speaking of which, the other S soldiers haven't come out of there tubes yet, so I went over to the first tube on the left, there was no handle on the door, but I put my hands on it anyway, then pulled as hard as I can, it didn't move one bit, I pulled even harder. Finally after three tries I gave up

Jake: holy crap, why won't these tubes open?

Then as if by coincidence the others opened in perfect unison, four people stepped out of the tubes, and they were all.....girls? Why in the world are they girls, I mean, not that I'm complaining, but still what the heck is going on here

Sombra: awaiting command sir

Wow, ok then, I cleared my throat

Jake: state your names

Sombra: Olivia Colomar

Yang: Yang Xiao long

Zarya: Zarya moonwolf

Lily: Lily snow

So far so good

Jake: where are we?

Zarya: we are on the command base for the chrono soldiers

Alright, now for the moment of truth

Jake: who commands the chrono soldiers

Sombra: that information is classified

WHAT, what the mother f**king heck man, come on, I was so close. I was about to say something but I stopped myself, three out of the four girls kind of looked familiar, and once again my brain denied me the info that I seeked

All soldiers report for briefing

The door to our chamber opened, the others turned in perfect unison, oh come on I wasn't finished talking to them yet

Jake: hold it, we're not going anywhere til I get some answers

They ignored me, and they just marched off, I got in front of them to block their path, they kept moving forward as if I was nothing

Jake: hey, hello I'm talking to you, hey are going to listen to me or (touches yangs arm) ow!

Ow man that hurt, that one girl, Yang xiao long I think her name was, she stood there, not moving a muscle

Jake: thank you, now you are going to tell what I want to know or else...

She tried to punch me but I moved out of the way every single time, I'm starting to think D.A.N.I.E.L was right, my reaction time is impeccable. I caught I one of the punches, and I swear for a split second it looked like her eyes had turned red

Yang: who are you? Where am I?

Um, alright

Yang: tell me or I'll break your arm off

Jake: look I'm just as confused as you are yang

Yang: how do you know my name?

Jake: you told me, do you not remember doing that

Yang: no

then it hit me, that pain, it was the shock I felt when I woke up, she have had the same sensation, well this was definitely the one of the weirdest days of my entire life, if this even was the weirdest day of my entire life. I really need to get my memories back.

Chrono soldier #45: what are you two doing standing around, get a move on

Something told me that I did not want to make that guy angry, actually come to think of it, that could have also been a girl as well. Me and yang walk along with the others, stopping at the same spot we were at when we started out mission, here we go

???????: SOLDIERS, I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT WE HAVE THE OBJECT FOR WHICH WE HAVE FOUGHT FOR (everyone cheers and applause) NOW IN 5 DAYS WE WILL BEGIN PROJECT: REBIRTH, UNTIL THEN YOU CAN GO ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS, HAVE AS MUCH FREE TIME AS YOU LIKE, AND I WILL SEE THEN.

The soldiers dispatched, moving in all different directions, but it was not them I was worried about, I saw yang and walked over to her

Jake: hey yang, did you happen to see who was giving the speech

Yang: no, some of these people are even bigger than I am, so I couldn't see anything

Dang it, so it wasn't just me who couldn't see him, but there has to be some people at the front who had seen him, and when I find out who he is he is going to be answering a lot of questions

Jake: listen, how about we pick where left off tomorrow, right now I need some rest

Yang: okay, well see ya

Jake: see ya

Third person POV

Two blades clashed, each fighting to take down the other, but nothing seemed to faze them, not even being mortally wounded by the other

The hero swung his sword in a blinding rage, catching the villain by surprise

Hero: Don't you dare mention her name after what you have done

???????: There it is, rage, there very same rage that fuels my intentions, yes you will make a fine...

The hero knocked the villains sword out of his hand, sending it crashing to the ground, the hero knocked the villain to the ground, then pointed his sword at the villains throat, but he didn't another movement, his blade didn't move another inch

???????: What's wrong, oh it's because I look like him isn't, you wouldn't dare hurt him would you Jake

My POV

I opened my eyes and slowly rose from my bed

Jake: what the heck was that all about?

I have got to tell yang
