Chapter 11: raiding time

Just a quick heads up, from now on i am going to do my stories in a third person perspective just cause I find it easier. Anyway on with the story

6 hours til project: rebirth

Jake and the others ran around for what seemed like ages, often stopping and hiding from chrono soldiers that would be on their way to see the omniverse end. At last they had found the entrance to chronos throne room, standing at the entrance were two chrono  soldiers, guarding it in case someone tried to sneak in and steal chronos treasures

Yang: alright we're here, now lets go

Jake: hold it, we can't just barge in without a plan, wait where's olivia?

The sound of two helmets smashing into each other caught Jake's attention, Olivia had turned invisible while Jake wasn't looking and took out the guards

Jake: since when could you do that?

Sombra: since you broke me free of that hypnotic trance, now move your lazy extremo, we have stuff to recover

Jake and the others followed Olivia into chronos throne room, it was the same as when they had first came here, except the case that which held Jake's stuff was now broken from when chronos threw him through it

Jake: on the bright side, now we have less of a mess to make

Jake walked over to the now broken case with his things in it, there was a green jacket, a pair of blue Jeans, and some black gym shoes. Jake took his clothes and went behind chronos throne to change, it was when Jake put on his belt that something weird happened, a floating ball of light appeared from his belt buckle, floating around him until finally taking form, it was a bird like creature, only it looked much smaller than a normal bird

Jake: woah, who or what are you?

???: hello there, my name is Flairre and um, that's odd I can't seem to remember anything else

Jake: you and me both

what a strange creature this thing is Jake thought to himself

Jake: so what do you do exactly?

Flairre: I don't remember much, but what you just asked I do know, I can grant you special powers, and all you need to say is flame on

Jake: flame on?

Flairre twisted and moved into Jake's belt buckle

Jake: whoa whoa whoa wait you haven't told me anything else yet

Jake instantly transformed, from his waist up he was now wearing a ninja suit decked in red, decorated with golden images of a Phoenix flying up, but from his waist down he was covered in feathers, clung around his shoulder and chest, a sword so shiny and pure that nothing in the universe could break it

Jake: woah, alright flairre I think I get it, I would really like my normal clothes back please

there was no sound of recognition that Flairre had heard Jake, that was not at the top of Jake's list of concerns, what he needed to figure out was how to get back to what he was wearing. it was probably Just a piece of his memory coming back or Just a random thought, but Jake now understood what he must do

Jake: flame off

Jake's ninja suit disappeared and flairre reappeared in front of him

flairre: not bad, you picked that pretty quickly, now I do believe you should get back to your friends

Jake: right

Jake came out from behind chronos throne and saw that the others were finished getting their normal clothes on, Olivia was wearing a spandex bodysuit complete with a fashionable top. he noticed that She wasn't wearing shoes; her spandex bodysuit dipped down to her toes so there really wasn't a need for it. her fingernails were naturally long and painted a shiny purple with a dark blue motherboard accent. Yang was wearing khaki coveralls, a gold zipper of which was unzipped just below the breast to reveal a white low-cut shirt. Around each thigh of the coveralls is a gold zipper that allows for the pants leg to be detached, as well as a belted strap that connects to the leg. The right leg is unzipped but still strapped to the coveralls. Over top the coveralls, she was wearing a baggy, black crop jacket with fur trim around the neck and black-and-orange straps along the sleeves. Around her waist was a black-and-orange belt with black-and-yellow folded fabric on the sides and a golden buckle of her emblem. She wears tall black boots with black laces. Around her left thigh was a wide black belt with a pouch attached. For accessories, she was wearing an orange scarf around her neck and her purple scarf around her right leg. zarya was wearing a blue jacket under a sleeveless shirt with a wolf symbol on it and wears dark blue pants with brown boots. Lily Just had a plain sleeveless top with white shorts, heels, and a gold chain connected to a blue, jewel-like circle serving as the charm at the bottom.

Jake: wow you guess look amazing

???: yes I do say their outfits do make them look quite extraordinary

Jake leapt back in surprise, there was a white glowing orb similar to that of flairre

???: what? is there something on my face

lily: yeah long story short I found that in my little chain, this is luppi

luppi: it is a pleasure

what a strange time Jake was having

Jake: we got our clothes back, so I don't think I need to ask you guys if you're ready to go kick chronos butt

yang: heck yeah, we'll show him that you don't mess with us

zarya: let's rock this

Sombra: let's do this

lily: no matter what, I'll fight by you guys

Jake didn't know it then, but the kindness from his friends would be the fire that helped burn out chronos evil

Jake: alright, let's do this guys
