"You will do as he asks!" My father snarled at me.

I laid bare skinned against a metal table. The only thing keeping me decent was a metal strap that cut into my breasts. Rage burned in my father's eyes as he raised the whip again bringing down across my legs. I winced biting the inside of my lip. I will not cry out I told myself. I will not give him the satisfaction.

Voldemort burst through the door. His rage paled that of my father.

"Well?" Voldemort thumbed his wand. Nagini curled around her masters neck poised to strike.

I watched my father recoil. "She's stubborn but she will break." He nodded in my direction.

I snorted. The whip came across my legs again. This time I outright laughed. "If you could break me, you would have done it when I was eight."

Voldemort gave my father a measuring look. His eyes shifted to me then back to my father.

"By the way, who's face are you wearing this time?" I stared straight into his eyes.

The red headed man standing before me bristled.

I laughed again. "Surely you didn't think that would fool me?"

"Shut it! You lying little bitch!"

I laughed so hard the metal strap brought a fresh line of blood. Voldemort watched me curiously. Nagini slithered up the table. Her scaled body felt strangely soft against my bare skin. Max Greyson took a healthy step back.

"No." Voldemort hissed. "I think you lie."

Screams filled the air as the curio curse hit Max. I looked up as Severus stepped through the door. His eyes met mine for only half a second.

"Ahh Severus." Voldemort preened still holding my father in the curse. "I believe our friend here needs a lesson in honesty."

"Of course." Severus pulled a vile out of one of his pockets. He stepped unflinching to the man writhing on the floor. Tilting his head back slightly Severus poured the potion down his throat.

Voldemort dropped his wand to his side. A mad laugh came from the floor. When he stood again I could see it. That same look he wore the first time he had tortured me. Complete insanity.

"Well well Severus. Lilly's precious Sevy." A wide grin broke across his face. "It was such a pleasure seeing your face when I took her from you. All I had to do was pretend to be the good guy she wanted." He cackled. "Then you put icing on the cake when you call her a mud blood. You were right of course. Filthy muggle born. So naive she was." He stopped doubling over with laughter.

Severus' face reviled nothing. He knew this was coming. Before he brought me I had told him my suspicion.

"I had big plans. Then you!" He shoved a finger in Severus' direction. "Then you! Came in a mucked it all up! Of course after you were gone I had to keep up the charade. Everyone had to believe I was the good guy in all this."

I rolled my eyes. "Are you going to get to the point or just keep rambling like a madman?"

"The point!" He brought the whip across my stomach. "The point! You stupid bitch! Is that I was supposed to be the one they followed! I knew about the prophecy long before anyone else! Voldemort wasn't supposed to survive that night. You see his weak mind allowed me to take him over and kill Lilly. I didn't know the effect that would have. But when he failed to die I had to go into hiding. Serious took the blame. No one other than me knew that I had changed keepers so he could find us. But then you! When Kara died! You somehow finished absorbing her! You stole her life and power! I always wondered how when you were born without any power." He stared pacing back and forth like a caged lion. "So I decided to find out."

"So you tortured me to see if you could unlock the secret." I said dryly. "One question though. I'm older than Harry. Explain that."

"You see during the war our first year out of Hogwarts. I made a deal.  I happened upon the lair of the last soul reaper. I let her use Lilly's body to bear me a powerful child. Lilly of course didn't remember a thing, but it was quite easy coming up with excuses to be gone for a week or two at a time."

My eyes widened. Even Severus couldn't keep the surprise off his face.

"I was supposed to be the one!" Mac screamed suddenly. The poly juice potion had begun to ware off. Thick dark hair took place of red. Paper colored skin darkened a shade. Green eyes turned brown.

"Hello James." Severus drawled pulling his wand from his robes. "The years have not been kind to you."

Voldemort stood quietly. This far he hadn't said a word. Nagini slithered off me back to her master. The dark lord began to clap slowly.

"Bravo! A very good performance! Severus do enjoy yourself." He turned in a swish of robes exiting the room.

Severus stood poised ready to duel. James Potter  stood eyeing me.

"I should have killed you when I had the chance!" He pulled a dagger out from who knows where.

The sound of the dagger hitting metal scraped my ears. I ripped the keys off his belt and undid the strap across my hips before he could recover. Naked I rolled to the right. I grabbed James' arm twisting it into an awkward angle.

He let out a scream. I grabbed to dagger with my free hand.

"Goodbye father." I plunged the dagger into his black heart.

He went limp. I knew he was dead. As I turned to walk away I couldn't help but fear for the sound of a chain whip again. For a split second I was eight years old again.

"You must go now!" Severus barked.

"I'm sorry Severus." I let a tear slip as I picked up the metal tray that had been next the torture bed.

He gave me a sad smile and nodded. We both knew if I didn't Voldemort would suspect he let me get away. He would be even more suspicious of everyone after today. I swung as hard as I could. The crack that rang out made my stomach roll. He crumpled to the floor unconscious.

Still naked I slipped as quickly and quietly as possible through the mansion. From the portraits I had seen this must be Malfoy manor. It had seemed much smaller from the outside when I was here as a child.

Foot steps caught my attention. Shit! There was no way of knowing which rooms were occupied. I slipped into the closet door. Narcissa Malfoy sat at her vanity combing her long dark hair. She looked up in surprise.

"Shh. Please don't scream. I'm not here to hurt you." I put my hands up to show I didn't have a wand.

She looked me over for a moment. Then silently she got up went over to her wardrobe. She pulled out a large green robe. Slowly she made her way to me like one might an injured animal. She wrapped it around my shoulders. I looked at her surprised. Then she patted a small pocket sewn on the front. I reached inside.

Floo power. I gave her a smile. She gave me a small one in return.

"I'll look after Draco the best I can."

She didn't say anything only nodded. Her eyes were sad exhausted eyes. I wanted to bring her with me, but I knew she would never risk her son's life for her freedom.

"Ira Greyson living room!" I stepped into the green flames.
