Chapter - 9

Y/n's pov:

"Actually...I'm the hacker they are looking for and I'm the user of I'd Honbun."

When I heard those words, I was very mad at him.

"Look, I have my reasons to do this kind of act." Jungkook tries to defend himself but my anger was getting the best of me. (Best of me 😆😆)

"I THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE SOMEONE ELSE!! GOD!! I'm SO STUPID!!" I yell at him and he flinches a little by my voice.

"How many girls are you playing, Jeon?" I ask him sternly.

"I-I. .am n-not playing w-with any  other girls. .I-I s-swear.."He stutters and kinda looks scared mostly.

I sighed and gesture him to follow me. He follows and I told him to sit down on the kitchen counter chair.

"Do you like coffee?" I ask him and he slightly nods. Then I went to make some coffee for us.

After making coffee, I gave him a cup and start to drink mine. He glances at me. But didn't dared to talk.

"U-um. ..aren't you gonna tell the police about me?"He asks in a low tone.

I looked up at him and gave him a look.

"Why would I do that?" I ask him and he looks up at me.

" Because I'm the hacker..and they are kinda looking for me. .. .." He says and I roll my eyes.

"Aish...I don't want any trouble. So I will let it slide for this time." I reply and he's face lit up with a small smile attach to it.

'God, why is he smiling now! He almost looks a rabbit.' I thought and quickly sip onto my coffee.

"Thank you so much,y/n." He chirps and gave a big smile towards me.

'No, don't do that.' I tried not to react to it.

Then he quietly starts to drink his coffee.

"I'm sorry for lying to you like this." He apologies while looking at the cup.

"It's okay. But don't do it anyone else." I reply sternly and put my cup into the sink.

"Well, I guess. I should leave now. Thanks for your help today." He says and smiles at me. He was almost at the door but before he could open the door, I grabbed his arm and turn him to face me.

"It's dangerous outside now. The police might be out there still. Maybe you should call your friends and tell them to come here and take you home." I suggest and he nods. He calls his friend. On the phone.......

'Hello, Jungkook. Where are you?'

Uh...Jimin can you come and pick me up. Bring Taehyung with you too.

'But where are you? '

I'm at y/n's place.

'WAIT! let me great this clear. You are at y/n's place! !!'

Uh..yeah. can you come now?
