Alright, I was now able to grasp that I was transferred to a certain world where I shouldn't be in. The next problem is finding out which world. I know I should start looking around instead of sulking under this tree, but I'm still recovering from shock due to the unusual events.
My knees brought close to my chest, I started using my finger to draw random doodles on the dirt, spacing out. Somehow, in the middle of it, the doodles I made slowly shifted around, like what happens when you use the shape tween from Adobe flash.
Slightly taken aback, I pulled my hand away, waiting for the morphing to come to a halt. After a few moments, it had stopped, words written on the soil.
Welcome to your fantasy, and his reality.
You, who came from the third dimension,
Will come to meet him, from this 2D fiction.
For you to come back safely,
Melt his frozen walls with or without your own affinity.
"Fuck you!" I cursed after I had finished reading, annoyed that it might take me a while to get out from this fictional dimension, kicking the soil with the written sentences. Taking a deep breath, I calmed down. "At least the short poem was easy to understand."
Turning my heels around, a boy who seemed to be between the ages 6-8 came into my view, holding a bunch of tree branches in both his arms. Raising a brow in question at the child, I questioned him. "What?"
After saying so, the child dropped the twigs he was holding before running off and crying. "Monster!"
Hearing that particular word come of the child's mouth, I felt devastated. I mean, do I look that hideous?
Still shocked by what the little boy had claimed me for, I stood in my place, that one word ringing inside my head, mocking me. Seeing that the child had come back, I was snapped out of drowning inside my head.
I was about to call out to the child to clear things up, but was halted when I saw a group of what seemed to be angry group of adults. At the sight of me, they pointed a finger at my direction, appearing to accuse me. And, if you ever have a younger sibling, you know that you're in trouble when the child comes running to the adult.
"An ayakashi! Catch her before she wrecks our village!" One commanded to another, and before I knew it, I was stuck inside a shed, tied up with a rope, the exterior guarded by multiple people.
Things couldn't be better.
Definitely unhappy by the turn of events not ten minutes I stepped into this world, I let out a scream of frustration – which was probably not a good idea since the people outside started banging on the in panic, likely to fear that I may come out to rampage on their town.
I was hoping I did not bring my misfortune with me when I transferred to this world, but it seemed adversity just loves coming my way.
Goddamit, I did not wish to be born with this face.

On the other hand, outside the shed you're currently cooped in, the rumour regarding an ayakashi a small boy had spotted spread out the village like wildfire. It seemed that you still had a drop of luck within you as it had caught a pair of young traveller's attention who were currently staying at the village for a short while.
Dororo questioned a store keeper regarding the matter, consulting where they should go to meet the so-called demon. After being offered money for killing the creature, the pair went to the shed where you were locked in.
