Mates May Meet (Completed)

Introduction

In this collection of short stories we'll read about the paranormal world of Shifters. 

Most Shifter species have just one Mate they are destined to be with, this mate is called a Fate Mate. In some cases a shifter may not be with their Fate Mate and may find a mate of their own choice, this is called a Choice Mate.  Second Chance Mates are fairly rare. If something happens to a fate mate then the Fates may intervene and find a new mate for the shifter, this new mate will most likely be a shifter who also lost a mate or was rejected by their fate mate . I doubt we will read many Choice Mate stories (if any) here as they tend to take more time to develop.

While not all Fate Mates choose to accept their Fated second half; in these stories we will see the instant connection and bond that can be formed at that first meeting. Most of these shifters are open to finding their mate.
