A/N: A Page on my problems with people wanting scientifically accurate looking dinosaurs like from the fossil record as well as how they should look, sound and act. Most of my problem are some of the stuff said in Klayton's video here.

In canon of the films, wu had trouble to put feathers on them due to the manipulation and change of the animals' dna. In terms of outside the films, first of all, it was the god damn 90s at the time where they started doing the designs for the animals. They were basing them off how they looked back in that specific point in time.

And like Klayton said, the fossile record keeps changing and changing and changing and dinosaurs look different from when they were first discovered.

And finally, I think I should bring up some certain lines in the films themselves that go against people's wants of more "accurate" looking dinosaurs.

Why the hell should the films suddenly start introducing version of already existing dinosaurs when it'll very likely be contradicted years later and people will just complain

Why the hell should the films suddenly start introducing version of already existing dinosaurs when it'll very likely be contradicted years later and people will just complain. AGAIN. Basically repeating the whole cycle.

I'm not saying that the Jurassic franchise should go crazy with it's dinosaur designs. I just don't think the designs should have to be 100% accurate to a constantly changing fossil record and an always self-contradicting scientific community.
