Chery toni had been dating for a while now about 7 months and cheryl though it would be a good idea to join the serpents.
Cheryl pov
I'm laying on my bed looked at a sleeping toni. 'I need to join the serpents It would get me close to toni and it would be like a family I never had' I though to myself. I stroked Toni's hair out of her face and accidentally woke her up. "Oh shit sorry toni I didn't mean to wake you"
She looks at me and says in a voice covered in sleep "it's ok babe" she leans up and kissed me. I pull away "morning breath" she groans and goes to brush her teeth. She comes back "better?" She says smirking "loads better" I grab her top and pull it pulling her down with it to kiss me. I puller onto the bed and continue kissing her. She pulls away and gives me a peck on the nose and says "if I wake up to this every day I'll be more than happy to wake up earlier" I giggle and giver her another kiss.
"But if we keep doing this we wont do anything with day" she says,"actually I wasnt planning on doing this the whole day because I already made plans" "like what?" She looks at me confused "like going to the white wyrm" she stands up now "why cheryl?" I stand up to and rest my hands on her shoulder and say "you probably dont want this but I do I want to be a serpent and you cant stop me, toni I love you and I want to be closer to you plus the serpents could give me the family I never had" she looks at me with an expression I couldn't read. She steps away.
"Cheryl the serpents they are a gang a dangerous one I dont want you getting involved with crime" she looks down so i lift her chin up " toni I know you dont want me to but i want to be here for you and the other serpents and I know you protect me but this would give me more protection,toni listen to me when I say this, I.love.you and nothing with change that,I'm becoming a serpent and your going to admire the way I dance around that pole tonight" she sighs "ok cheryl it's your life"she kisses me again. "Ok then let's get ready for today cha-cha".
9:00pm
Cheryl's POV
Im backstage and I'm looking in the mirror fixing my makeup trying to tell myself that it will be ok,however no matter how much I tell myself that i dont listen. Toni comes up behind me and wraps her arms around my waist "hey baby, you ok?" She says "not really , I'm so nervous" she turns me around and looks me in the eyes "cheryl you'll do great dont worry about that just look at me pretend in the only person in the room, okay?" I kiss her "okay" she gives me a smile and goes to walk away she gets to the door and says "oh and cheryl I'll be in middle at the front row so look for me" "ok toni" she leaves.
I hear my name being called so i take a deep breath and walk out to the stage.i instantly look for toni once I find her I dont take my eyes of her the music starts and I start dancing.
Toni's POV
Cheryl started dancing looking straight at me. God the way she swayed her hips and spun around the pole she looked incredible. She probably noticed my jaw hanging of my face in astonishment. If she noticed so did sweetpea he turned to me and said "ooooo Toni's gon-" I shut him up my slapping him in the face while still looking at cheryl. I felt like I was sitting there looking at cheryl for a million years even though it was only 10 minutes, but when the music stopped I ran backstage and met cheryl in the dressing room where i found her half dressed in her Jean's. I pretty much sprinted to her and smashed our lips together, after a few minutes she pulled back "guess you liked it" she said with a huge grin on her face, "hell yeah" I kissed her again before saying "I'll meet you back there I'm pretty sure there going to announce that your a serpent 100% and if they dont I will have a 'talk' with fp" cheryl Chuckled "I'll see you in there toni."
Cheryl's POV
I walked back on the stage fully clothed now as fp was announcing the new serpents. When my name was called i was ecstatic and there was a round of applause and whistles but when I saw Toni's face i almost laughed out loud, because for someone who didn't like this idea in the first place toni was jumping for joy. I walked over to fp and he handed me a red serpent jacked. I looked over at toni and new she had a talk about fp giving me a red one.
After I was announced a serpent me, toni, sweetpea and jughead had a few drinks before me and toni headed back to thistle house. When we arrived we cuddled up on my bed and watched Netflix. "I'm proud of you" toni said breaking the silence "why?" I asked "because cheryl despite everything that has happened in your life you have been brave and got though it and now you just became a serpent " she leant up and kissed my softly " thankyou toni" I said pulling away. We whent back to cuddling and stayed like that the rest of the night.
