Toni's pov
I was beyond shocked that cheryl just confessed that she thought I was beautiful "cheryl did you know it was me who rescued you when it was happening " she shook her head "no I didn't also is your Antoinette becasue the doctor told jarhead to go and see them?" I laughed "what are you laughing at?" She questioned. I just laughed "first of all yes my name is Antoinette but I prefer toni and his name is jughead not jarhead" I laugh again. She blushes in embarrassment "hey it ok you dont need to be embarrassed it was just funny that's all" she smiles "so toni I want to get to know you, i mean i dont have really any friend so one that can stand up for me would be great" I nod "sure what do you want to know?" I ask.
She thinks gor a minute before asking "where do you live?" "Well I live on tbe Southside becssue I'm a serpent in a trailer by myself becasue my parent died" she looks at me apologetically "toni and didn't mean to open a healed wound" I smile sadly "it's fine" "ok next question" "ok" "if you dont mind me asking but how did your parents die?" I sigh "no judgments?" She shakes her head "no judgements" I take a deep breath "ok so my dad got murded becasue he left the house when he found out I was bisexual and my mother killed herself in the bath tub" she looks guilty.
"toni you can leave if you have to you dont have to be friends with me I mean like no one likes me anyway it will just give you a bad reputation" i place my hand on hers and instantly feel a tingly sensation "cher dont worry I'm not going to leave i want to know you" she shakes her head
"toni you dont want to know me I'm a loveless deviant child" I become suspicious "cheryl why do you think your those things" she looks down "becasue when my mother found out I was gay she sent me to the sisters of quiet mercy I was there for a few months but it changed nothing so she started calling me loveless and deviant and it's gotten to the point where she will now beat me up" I saw a tear slowly start falling down her face, so I move my hand to her face a stroke away the tear with my thumb "cheryl dont be ashamed of who you are to me your not loveless your not deviant your sensational" she smiles and looks me in the eyes "toni that's the nicest this anyone had ever said to me" I move down and hug her and to my surprise she hugs back. "I should get going but I look forward to being friends" she smiles "bye toni" I wave as I close the door.
The second the door closes i lean against in and slide down it and think 'omg i have fallen so fucking hard for this girl'..
