the home is easily
my favorite space
warm and cozy
like a turtle's shell;
previously an escape
from the human race
yet now that i'm
an avid traveler
a rest stop to get
centered; though
i have toured
the world, lived
overseas, and in the
past was only there
for sleep, regrets
no more over reclusive
ways that came to be
it's where my energy
is optimum, and
as the saying
goes it's sweet
