"Just wait here." A doctor said and proceeded to walk out.
The small young man began to get nervous. He looked around to see a sign warning men about lying on the enlistment forms, which got him even more anxious. Steve then got up from the table and sat down on a chair, putting his shoes back onto his feet.
Just as he began, an officer opened the curtains. The curtains moved again revealing the beautiful Amazon warrior and an older man. His eyes landed on Diana and stayed there.
"Thank you." Said the old man. "So, you want to go overseas. Kill some Nazis."
"Excuse me?" Steve said, confused, as he broke his gaze from her.
"Dr. Abraham Erskine." The doctor introduced himself as he walked closer to Steve. "I represent the Strategic Scientific Reserve."
"Steve Rogers." The short man said as he shook his hand. Steve glanced at Diana, waiting for her to speak up.
"I've known Dr. Erskine for awhile now. I worked alongside him and Mr. Stark on a...special project." Diana finally spoke up. Steve nodded.
"So you're a doctor or scientist?" He asked Diana.
"Diana Prince works at the base. She's an agent." Dr. Erskine revealed to Steve.
Steve widened his eyes, looking very shocked. He never expected her to be an agent. Diana liked to keep her job secretive. She liked to keep her whole identity a secret too. She only really used her fighting and combat skills in war, but not her actually powers. Only rarely, if there was a big threat. She has never really practiced using her abilities until World War l. That's where she found out that she was able to do a lot more things than just kick, punch, and archery. Diana told Bucky that she worked for the organization since he would be training with her.
"Where are you from?" Steve asked.
"Queens, 73rd Street and Utopia Parkway. Before that, Germany. This troubles you?"
"No." Steven said quietly.
"Where are you from, Mr. Rogers? Hmm? Is it New Haven? Or Paramus? Five exams in five different cities." Erskine said while looking through Steve's file. Diana tried to conceal her smile that was forming on her lips.
"That might not be the right file." Steve quickly said, defending himself.
"No, it's not the exams I'm interested in. It's the five tries. But you didn't answer my question. Do you want to kill Nazis?"
