PRINCESS's POV

"Good morning, my princess." The words that greeted me upon waking up. It was mom, smiling sweetly at me.
"Good morning, mom." I greeted back before kissing her on cheek.
I felt something in my hand so I checked what it was. Oh, the locket.
Napahigpit ang hawak ko rito and placed it on my chest. “Good morning, Angelo.” I mentally said na nagpalungkot din sa'kin.
This golden heart shape locket was the first present I received from Angelo. Inside was our photos. It was so special to me that everytime I'm having a hard time I always stare at it and then feel fine afterwards.
Though last night I ended up being so emotional because it made me miss Angelo even more. The longing that I burried for years resurfaced. It heaved my heart so much that it was painful to breathe.
"You must truly love Angelo, sweetie." Said mom kaya napalingon ako sa kanya.
"I always do, mom." I answered with slight smile.
If only he's here. If only I could see him again even just for a minute, I would tell him how much I love him and how much he means to me.
Mom just responded with a smile and said, "I'll call the maids so they could help you bathe and dress. We'll have our breakfast when you finish."
"Aye aye."
And as what mom said, I headed to the dining hall and we had our breakfast after doing my morning things.

After breakfast, grandpa went straight to his office to take care of his unfinished paper works. Grandma has to go somewhere as well and that give mom and I a chance to continue where we left off yesterday. We talked about this and that hanggang sa 'di na namin namalayan ang paglipas ng oras.

Grandpa seemed to finish his works and grandma got home. It's now time for lunch and as we promised we're going to have our lunch at the backyard porch, like a picnic.
The maids helped us to prepare the things we need and then we did the rest. Mom and grandma organize and serves the foods while grandpa and I are incharged of grilling the meat. We're having a chitchat while doing our tasks and of course teasing can't be missed. We filled the porch with our laughters.
It saddens me that Sky and dad are not here but I know someday... I wish someday we can have a moment like this. A moment like this that I wish will last forever.

Night came and of course it's bed time. I'm in mom's room because she wants us to sleep together. She's currently in the bathroom taking a shower. I'm done doing my night routine so I'm just basically waiting for her and of course I gotta do something so I won't get bored.
I go through my phone and open the emails I received from Blake.

Napangiti ako ng buksan ko pa ang mga sumunod niyang emails. It's just him giving me an update of how his day went with the group at syempre hindi nawawala ang “I miss you balik kana with crying and heart emojis.”

"Princess~ patapos na intramural week at kumain kami sa labas libre ni Varlet kasi champion siya sa archery. Nirentahan niya buong restaurant at inorder lahat ng menu kaya nabusog ako ng sobra. Ang sarap lahat eh pagbalik mo kain tayo dun libre ko kaya balik kana pleasee I miss youu 😭❤️

It was his last email and was sent few minutes ago. Napatulala ako sa kawalan at napaisip. I heaved a sigh when I made up my mind and send back a reply.

And after that I put my phone back to the side table dahil tapos nadin si mom sa pagligo at sa night routine niya.
"Goodnight, sweetie. Have a sweet dreams." Mom said and gave me a forehead kiss.
"Goodnight mom, you too." I replied with a smile.
And that's how our day ended.
