Happiness vs Love(Barry×Caitlin)

CHAPTER 10

Cisco's POV

I always thought I was bad at love but now I see that I was utterly wrong. Barry is so oblivious to his actions and how it is affecting Caitlin. It's okay with me, the way they are around each other but if I was Caitlin I would be full on jealous mode as well. Buuttt I'm sure everything will work out, it always does. Although I do wonder when my it will be my time for some love as well, I mean I'm also a person who's longing for affection. I may be geeky and spend too much time inventing 'useful tools but I deserve some too. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for Barry and Caitlin but everyone seems to disregard the fact I'm lonely. Now that I think of it their affection for one another can get a bit sickening. There's never time for the 3 of us anymore as friends but I'll support them whenever I can.
This is the night everything fell apart between them...

Cisco: (at night)Yes we're finally finished!

Caitlin: (looks at her watch)

Cisco: Look Caitlin, admire the beauty we have created.

Caitlin: Wow looks amazing (looks at her watch) Okay I gotta get done now, thanx so much for keeping me company.(begins to walk away)

Cisco: Hey wait! Where are you going?

Caitlin: It's mine and Barry's date night, so I'm going to get showered and dress up.

Cisco: Isn't he with Felicity now?

Caitlin: Maybe? But I told him not to be late for our date.

Cisco: Did you say the word date night?

Caitlin: Nooo, but he won't forget, we planned this for weeks. This means alot to us.

Cisco: It's just one date night, you'll have plenty more. Why's this one so special?

Caitlin: Because Cisco it's been exactly one month since I came back and we declared our love for one another. So it's technically like an anniversary, I don't know but it is special.

Cisco: Maybe you should phone him. People tend to forget things when they're having fun.

Caitlin: (looks at him sternly with evil eyes) What are you implying Cisco? That he'd rather be with Felicity than me!?

Cisco: No, I'm just...do you know what, enjoy your evening with Barry.(waves goodbye)

Caitlin: Enjoy your evening as well...(smiles and walks away confidently)

Cisco: Oh Barry I feel so sorry for you...

I know this is a very short chapter but I wanted you get an idea of how the other characters are feeling and thinking about everything that's been happening. And who better than their other best friend...Cisco. I love him, he's so funny😊

Anyway take note of his POV, maybe somewhere in the late future something will happen regarding the way he feels about Barry×Caitlin relationship and his own.😏
