The Avengers who didn't go to Peter's apartment were all sitting around the den, waiting nervously when Tony comes in with Peter next to him. Neither are in their suits, and Peter has tear streaks down is face. He is carrying Maddie, who is asleep in his arms.
Tony: Bruce we need you in the med lab. She wasn't shot but shes beat up a lot and passed out in the car.
Bruce gets up quickly and heads down to the lab with Peter following closely behind. Tony goes to follow but then Natasha starts to speak.
Natasha: Tony? Is that his sister?
Tony: Yes, Maddie she was the one on the phone.
Natasha: What about his Aunt?
Tony: She was dead when we got there, bullet hole right through her head.
Natasha: I feel so bad for the two of them, What happened there?
Tony: The man broke into their apartment and kept asking them where Spiderman was or where her brother was. When neither of them answered, he shot May. Then he kept beating Maddie while he held a gun to her chest trying to get her to answer. She would't though
Natasha: Why wouldn't she just tell him?
Tony: I guess she was just trying to protect her brother. I should see how everything is going in the med lab. Steve should be back soon.
