I was finishing up with the last bit of my work before heading back home when suddenly I felt two hands being slowly wrapped around my neck ..

Hi.....a familiar voice purred in my ears

Ur going somewhere ? She asked laying her head on my shoulders

Yeah.. I had little work ,so I was just leaving ...I said scratching my forehead

Well I have better work for you here ...she said finally standing in front of me and seducingly showing me her legs ..

Enough now Steffy... , I said shoving her hands away and standing up from the chair

She looked at me with widened eyes and slowly those orbs started to fill with anger .

I know , you are spoilt brat of your rich father who happens to be my senior officer but that doesn't mean you have the right to control me , I'm not your sex toy...I said yelling equally at her .

What has gotten into u , toll yesterday you were head over heels for me and now suddenly I'm a spoilt brat...she asked frowning

Shut up ....I yelled making my voice eco through the whole room

I sighed and ran my hands through my hairs ....she killed the mood , bloody women.

Nandini's pov

I got ready in time as Harry told me too....and to be honest my heart was beating at an relentless rate . I was both excited and nervous at the same time ...

Harry said he will he there by 5:00 and now it's 7:30 and I was waiting wearing a heavy Rajasthani lehenga ...I felt like my marriage day when I waited for him to come home but he only came with lot of disappointments for me ...what if today also it will be like that , he will come home drunk and maybe with a girl ...

I was pacing in the hall thinking that he might have fooled me when there was a sudden knock on the door . I walked and open it revealing a very tired looking Harry but for the first time in whole damn 4 months he was not drunk .

He smiled weakly at me and I did the same with him.

He came inside and slouched on the couch resting his head on the edge and closing his eyes ...

I was really confused , we were meant to go out ...should I ask him something or not , I was contemplating with these thoughts when he himself started to talk

I'm sorry I said we will go out but I'm very tired ...he mumbled his eyes still closed .

It's okay Harry...you just rest properly ...I said and was about to go upstairs to my room when there was sudden soft grasp on my wrist .

But we are not going to cancel our plans , we will have nice dinner here .. he said with a slight smirk

But u said we are going out so I send her home early and there is nothing left in the kitchen .. I said bitting my lip .

I know it's really bad to ask your wife to cook for a dinner date , but since I don't know how to cook will u ? He asked with a raised eyebrow

But you don't like that ..I said looking down.

I would like that now... , he said in a barely audible whisper and smiling slightly

My head snapped up and I smiled widely at him.

Okay just give me half an hour ...I said getting to the kitchen

And Nandini ? ...., he called making me to turn around .

Make some Rajasthani cuisine ...I have started to like it ..he said with a smirk making my heart skip a bit...I blushed before getting back to the kitchen ..
