When Jennie reached the farm, she could see her Mom sitting on the door with a sad smile on her face. Jennie wanted to know what happened in between the three hours she took to come home.

Yes, after talking with Kai, she left for the town's square and sat there all alone. Her heart was in pain and she couldn't manage to think about anything but Jisoo.

She remembered her childhood days with the heart shaped lips. She was her playmate, her best friend. She adored her and loved her, even when she didn't know what love means.

Jisoo always made her smile and laugh. Her words could bring brightness to her heart.

Until one day... Everything changed that day and she hated her from that moment. It happened when she was about to turn 17. She was bringing Jisoo's favorite chocolate cake to her, which she made just for her. Ok, so what, it looked as dark as a night, but still she made it for her.

Her face was pasted with smile and she was bubbling with joy. She knew it, she liked Jisoo too much and she wanted to say it to her.

When she reached the house, she found the door was opened. She pushed it and ran through the door, heard voices in the kitchen and stopped on her tracks.

There were two voices and one was Jisoo's... she was sure. She could find her voice anywhere... even when she was unconcsious.

"Hey chu, what are you going to do after you finish high school? Staying here?" It was another one's voice.

"I'm going to leave the farm, maybe. Haha. This place was too cluttered and I couldn't bear it. It was suffocating me." Jennie's heart bleed in ache. Suffocating? Was she mentioning about her?

"What? I thought you like that little girl?" the other girl's voice was mocking. She heard someone chuckling and the husky sound proved it was Jisoo's.

"Oh yes, I love her. Dang, stop it! she isn't even beautiful and I can get any girl I want." She bragged shamelessly.

Jennie couldn't stand there anymore. But her legs were rooted.

"You can get any girl you want? Oh too cocky," the other one laughed. Jennie wanted to laugh too, at her silliness.

She thought she meant something to her, but she was just a plaything to her, nothing more. Her heart was aching and she wasn't sure what the feeling was, but it felt like someone was pressing against her heart.

"Yeah... Can't you see that? Every girl wants me and why would I go for that little girl?" Jisoo chuckled.

And Jennie ran away. This was all she could hear... Nothing more!

That stopped their friendship or at least her friendship. Jisoo didn't even consider her as her friend. Jennie became distant and whenever Jisoo would attemp to talk to her, she will just walked away.

Jennie wanted to grasp Jisoo's shirt and shook her. She wanted to ask 'Why? What did I do to deserve your cruel game?' But she never did. It was no use to talk about that, because she knew in the end she was the one who was going to get hurt.

Even when she thought about this now, she felt a deep sting in her heart. Sure, she liked Kai but it was a fantasy she had created for herself to bear the pain offered by Jisoo. A year was all that took to stop hurting, but deep inside Jisoo's words stayed. Always...

Jennie walked towards her mom and poked on her shoulder.

"Mom, what happened?" Her voice was small and weak.

Beth looked up at her daughter and a rueful smile colored her lips. She wanted to scold her daughter for her ruthlessness. Jennie was a good girl, but she was cold to Jisoo for a long time without any reason. They were once so close like two fingers, but that was the past.

"Jisoo was gone," that was all Beth could manage. She didn't want to say anything hurtful to Jennie. Maybe her daughter would be happy after this.

"Wh-What?" Jennie stuttered. Damn Jisoo, where did you go? She couldn't live without seeing her face or hearing her irritating tone, though she hated her...

Damn No, she didn't hate her... Not even when she heard her talking about her as though she was a worm that crawled upon her life.

"And it's your damn fault." Beth stormed in, leaving Jennie all alone.

And Jennie stood there too stunned to move.

"I want you, jerk." She cried to the wind... But she didn't get the answering whisper.
