Your P.O.V.
Dr. Crane was on the computer doing his best to triangulate the location of Harley's base. Not exactly easy looking for a specific sewer when all of em look the damn same. Oracle and Robin weren't too keen on the idea of Scarecrow, the dude who turned most of Gotham mad with fear gas that looked like everything was covered in a root beer float. It took a few hours to actually get them onboard but it was well worth it... hopefully.

Crane felt he was getting close to figuring out where Harley's base was. He managed to find the location he escaped and is checking traces of controlled electricity to find Nightwing. You paced back and forth on the catwalk held above the, what looked like, bottomless cave. Even though you were roped into this mess you couldn't help but thinking of leaving. You had already brought up numerous past associates into the mix and more bodies have piled up. Even though most of it wasn't your fault, you still felt somewhat responsible. You just wanted to get home, rest, and be with Selina. It's felt like forever since you last saw her. You haven't even been able to sleep in your own bed since Harley attacked. It was then you remembered why you didn't opt to leave, Harley. She had to be taken down, so you were gonna do it.

You peered down into the bottomless cave and you heard wheels getting closer to you, after a few seconds you heard a squeak. "If I'm in your way I can move." you spoke without looking beside you. "I came to check in on you." Oracle spoke with a soft voice. You sat down, you feet dangling over the darkened hole of the cave, "I just want out. Out of this life that isn't really mine." you explained. "It's just not for me. But I need to go through with this if I'm to continue living my normal life." "I know (F/N), I know. Still, I found it kind of hard to believe that Selina Kyle was the one that fell for you." Oracle chuckled. I looked over and asked "Why is that?" "She and Bruce had a very on and off relationship. Nightwing always joked that she was the on and he was the off." she snickered, "but she only seemed to have eyes for him and he for her." she continued.

"But after he died, she just kind of...stopped with crime. She might've done other ventures, but she stopped thieving for the most part." she said before looking over at you "And then she met me." you finished. You let out a small chuckle, and spoke "Well ain't that something eh?". Oracle looked away in silence for a moment, you noticed and leaned back on your arms "Is something the matter?" "Nothing's really the matter, it's more....I found something out. About you." she spoke, slight worry in her voice. You got up from sitting down "About me?" you questioned now a little worried. She handed to you a piece of paper that had your name on it. "What is this?" "It's a blood tox report. After you were doused in fear toxin I ran a few tests. You have some of Bruce's blood in your body."

You were flabbergasted. Bruce Wayne's blood was running through you. How that came to be you had zero idea, and neither did Oracle. It would explain how you were able to breathe in fear toxin a little easily back when you were gassed, but it still didn't answer any other questions. You were going to question it some more but you heard the computer go off, no you weren't going to call it the Batcomputer. It a computer, plain and simple. It's just a big computer. Nothing more nothing less.

"I found Nightwing!" Crane shouted as it echoed throughout the cave. Both you and Oracle headed to the computer and saw where Nightwing was. Robin rushed to grab his staff and headed out. Oracle was about to stop him but he was too fast. Crane got up and asked "Am I free to leave?" Oracle motioned her hand toward a door that led out. You didn't want to leave, but you felt like this was the point of no return, if you didn't leave now there might not be another chance. So you headed towards the same door as Crane, the cave water dripping beside you. You turned back to look at Oracle "Bring her down, for all our sakes." you spoke. She nodded her head and you walked out the door.

As you exited the cave to what looked like an alleyway, you couldn't help but notice the slightly washed away chalk. It looked like it was done in the more recent years, there was also a destroyed tape and dead roses. The streetlight near you flickered on until it died out. You sighed and pulled out your phone. You hovered over Selina, but your gut told you that you needed to make another call first. So you scrolled down a bit and tapped on the person you needed to call. You brought the phone up to your ear as a raindrop landed on your head. The phone rang until you heard on the other end "Hello?". You took a deep breath "Hey Hood"

Third Person P.O.V.
The sewers were cold and damp, the sound of rain patting against the manhole covers overhead. Three sets of footsteps were heard, one set with metal plating, one set of beastly footsteps, and one that was the distinct sound of heels. Harley was in the front of the other two men, or rather man and beast, resting her bat on her shoulders. She was walking almost hastily as she approached a set of iron doors. As they opened thanks to Croc, she laid her eyes on Nightwing, tied up by his wrists and ankles. He groaned in agony as Quinn mockingly spoke "How ya doin' Birdbrain? Get enough sleep?" "Hey Harley. Croc. Firefly. So, we playing 5 things or 20 questions?" Nightwing joked. Croc then grabbed a pike and picked up Nightwing, he slams him into the wall and jabs the pike in between is tied up wrists. Harley walks to her left and picks up some throwing knives. "I was thinking the three of us play some darts." she laughed maniacally as she pointed one of the knives at Nightwing's face.

Nightwing, now feeling afraid, still wanted to make one last joke "Damn, I was really hoping it was gonna be truth or dare." All of a sudden a gunshot was heard, Lynns looked around to see who shot, but as he turned around Harley saw where the bullet landed: Lynns' gas tank. Harley ran out of the way as Lynns, unaware that his tank was shot, pulled the trigger on his flamethrower only to have his tank exploded. Harley quickly ran out of the base as Croc rushed towards the assailant, Red Hood.

Croc went to bite his torso but the Red Hood quickly moved out of the way, shooting Crocs face in the process. Croc roared and hot Red Hood with his tail, slamming him against the wall. Red Hood bounced off of the metal pipe as Killer Croc grabbed his chest and pinned him against the wall. As Croc opened his gaping maw to eat Red Hood's head, he was stopped by a sting in his back. Electricity jolted through his entire body and he plopped on the ground, Red Hood was released from his grasp and saw who saved him: Robin. Red Hood scoffed and vehemently spoke "I could have taken him." "Sure you could've." Robin sarcastically responded. They both got Nightwing down as quickly and as carefully as they could. Red Hood set him down and was about to go after Quinn, until Robin grabbed his wrist to stop him "Quinn won't be getting far." Red Hood looked at him and cocked his head. Robin chuckled and explained "She'll be met with a few blue surprise."

Harley ran through the sewers not wanting to get captured immediately. She quickly clambered up the nearest ladder and opened the manhole cover, only to see bright lights and guns pointed at her head. She raised her arms in defeat as the police pulled her up, she was not happy. Cuffs were slapped on her wrists as she was pushed in the closest police car. Two cops entered the front and said "Anything you have to say for yourself Quinn?" "Society is to blame!" She spoke with pride. The cops, tired of hearing her after that, closed the window between them and Quinn, silencing her for the rest of the trip.
