(Un)Happy Family

"How was the game?" Sarah wondered as Puck led Quinn inside.

"Where's Mom?" Puck asked.

"She got called into work." Sarah replied.

"I'm gonna go change." Puck decided as he walked away.

Sarah raised her eyebrow.

"They lost." Quinn told the brunette as she sat down on the couch.

"Don't they always lose?" Sarah asked.

"He played well." Quinn said.

Sarah nodded and looked at Puck, who had returned.

"Is it cool with you if I go out?" Puck muttered, keeping his eyes on Quinn. "Some of the guys from the team are hanging out with some of the Cheerios tonight."

"Oh, uh, y-yeah." Quinn stuttered. "You don't need my permission."

"Cool, thanks." Puck replied as he walked out.

Quinn bit her lip and looked down at the floor.

"I'm sorry." Sarah said.

"For what?" Quinn questioned Sarah as she looked at her.

"For you getting pregnant." Sarah stated. "And my brother being the one who did it."

"I was just as involved as he was." Quinn pointed out.

"Yeah, but it's Noah." Sarah responded. "He's, like, the worst."

"He's not so bad." Quinn said. She couldn't tell if it was because of the hormones or the fact that she was carrying his baby, but she felt the need to defend Puck.

Sarah shrugged. "Well, since it's just you and me, do you wanna watch TV? We can watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians if you want."

"Does Noah usually leave you home alone?" Quinn wondered.

"Sometimes." Sarah nodded. "He doesn't like hanging out with his baby sister."

"Well, I like hanging out with you." Quinn smiled.

"Do you have any brothers or sisters?" Sarah wondered.

"I have an older sister, but we don't... we're not close." Quinn answered. "But I've always wanted a little sister."

Sarah smiled back. "I wish I had a sister."

"Now you do." Quinn told Sarah with a small smile. "One episode and then I'm going to bed."

"Two episodes?" Sarah bartered.

Quinn shook her head. "I'm exhausted. Carrying a baby isn't easy. Especially when it's a Puckerman."

Sarah nodded as she grabbed the remote and turned the TV on. The girls were watching the reality show for less than ten minutes when the front door opened.

Puck stepped inside and looked at the girls as he closed the door.
