Keerti and Naksh were in car going to the meet their lawyer  as it was second hearing of Keerti's case against Aditiya..

Naksh - Keerti you have to be strong from now.. lawyer jo bhi bolenge apko Wohi court mein bolna hoga.. jo Kuch Bhi apke sath hua wo Sab...

Keerti - I'm ready Sir...

Naksh - good ..

Naksh's phone rang..

Naksh - hello

Man - hello Sir , we are talking from city hospital.. do you know Miss soumya ?? Actually unke phone mein last dailed number apka tha

Naksh - yes I knoemw her lekin.. All well na ?

Man - Sir actually kuch log unhe hospital leke aae the.. unko goli lagi hai she is no more.. ap plz unki deadbody collect karne k liye aaye.. or unka baby is safe also..

Naksh - whattt ??!!! How can this happen....

Keerti - kya hua Sir ??

Naksh - someone killed soumya..

Keerti - Whattt. ?? Ab kya hoga Sir.. she was the only witness..

Naksh called his lawyer and told him the situation..

Naksh went to the hospital..

Naksh to receptionist - hii I'm Naksh singhania , mujhe call aaya tha soumya ka body collect karne k liye..

Receptionist - Sir she is in ward no 4 , fill these formalities first then you can take her..

Naksh filled the formalities and went to thr ward..

Naksh looked at soumya's body covered in a white cloth.. some tears escaped from his eyes..

Naksh took the body and completed all the rituals for her funeral..

...Naksh Keerti were at court for the hearing now..

Naksh's lawyer had submitted DNA report of soumya's baby in the court to show it is Aditiya's baby but nothing seems like working for him..

Aditiya's lawyer - My lord ye jo meri dost ne DNA report submit kiya hai.. isse kya prove hota hai ?? Ye baby shayad dono k marzi se ho ? Kya ye report ye prove karti hai k mr Aditiya ne inko harass kiya hai ?

N lawyer - objection my lord..

Judge - objection overruled..

Naksh was in tension as it was not working for them and they don't have any other proof or witness... soumya was the one and someone killed her...  probably Aditiya had done all this..

A lawyer - Sir inhone ese koi proof nhi diya jisse Mere client ka gunnah Zahir ho balke inhone uspe jhoota ilzaam laga kar inke character pe ungli uthai hai.. meri court se request hai k jald se jald decision leke mere client ko jail se azad karden...

Judge to n lawyer - apko Kuch bolna hai ?

N lawyer - Sir mujhe Kuch din ka Time chahiye.. proofs collect karne k liye..

Judge - Okay.. the court is adjourned..  next hearing after 5 days..

Naksh Keerti were standing outside the court talking about something... they saw police taking Aditiya..

Aditiya smirked looking at Keerti..

Naksh gave him an angry look and held Keerti's hand without looking at her.. he made direct eye contact with Aditiya..

Aditiya came near to Keerti..

Aditiya - you are mine babe.. bas 5 din or.. phir mein tumhare pas humesha k liye aajunga..

Naksh held Keerti's hand even more tight..

Aditiya ( whispers but audible to Naksh also ) - btw mera waar kesa laga.. wo soumya kya bigad deti mera Haan.. boht hi stupidity thi ye sochke k wo mujhe saza dilaigi... dekho usse apni raste se hata diya.. tha tha tha goli marke..

He smirked and winked at keerti.. naksh's blood was boiling now..

Keerti's eyes were wet..

Naksh - don't worry Keerti I'll fulfill my promise..

Naksh Keerti and their lawyer were sitting in the lawyer's office...

Lawyer - Naksh Ab situation tumhare samne hai.. soumya ka marna is not a good news for us.. Ab humare paas koi proof nhi hai.. na hi koi witness hai.. Ab koi esa banda ho jo aake aditya k khilaf witness bane..

Naksh - Ab kya karna hoga hume .??

Lawyer - Naksh jin ladkiyon k sath ye sab hua hai unko court mein Leke aana hoga.. Or soumya ka murder jisne kiya hai.. Wo bhi Pata lagana hoga..

Naksh - ho na ho ye sab Aditiya ka hi kaam hai ..

Lawyer - Hmm bas Ab jald hi Kuch karna hoga..

Naksh - mein udaipur jaake dekhta Hun.. shayad Koi information miljae.. or phir police bhi hume help karegi us murderer ko dhudhne mein...

Lawyer - Hmm let's hope for best...

Naksh - yup...

Next day Naksh is in udaipur and in the same college keerti and Aditiya used to study...

Naksh to receptionist - hii I'm Naksh singhania.. actually I need your help ma'am..

Receptionist- yes sir how can I help you ?

Naksh - I want information about your previous students.. this is the list of few girls I wanna know.. it's really important..

Receptionist - sorry Sir we are not supposed to share personal information of our students..

Naksh - ma'am it's really very important..please maam help me..

Receptionist - sorry Sir I can't do anything..

Naksh gets upset and goes from there...
