Nico di Angelo had never been in love before, and he tried to make sure it never happened. He swore he would never fall in love. Never. But that all changed. He was only ten years old when he fell in love for the first time. The black wind swept hair, sea green eyes, perfect tan,and dazzling smile. It was the first time someone had risked their life to save him. The name of this hero is Percy Jackson.

The war with Gaea was over.

When Leo came back alive, everyone was shocked. For days the campers swarmed him with questions about what had happened. Leo had also brought Calypso with him, but in the end they never hit off. They decided they were better off best friends more than a couple. They tried, but Calypso just wasn't in love like she thought. Nico decided to stay at Camp Half-Blood during the summer after hearing Jason constantly begging for him to stay. As for Will, Nico only saw him as a friend, nothing more. They had tried dating once, bug it didn't work out. Jason was his closest friend for awhile, someone who really understood him, but he was going through his own problems. Jason had mixed feelings about Piper. He didn't really love her romantically, maybe more in a sisterly way. Both decided that it would be better if they ended their relationship. In the end,he turned back to Reyna, who never gave up on him. They hit off from the start, much better than Jason and Piper. Piper was doing fine without Jason. She made it on her own. Hazel and Frank were still a couple, happy and in love, living in New Rome.

Nico felt happy for the new couples, but whenever he saw them, he still felt jealously. They had someone to love and where was he?

He was sulking in the Hades cabin in the shadows, staring boredly at the ceiling. Jason had told him to tell Percy his feelings but Nico said he was over him, which he really wasn't. He still loved that seaweed brain. He wanted so bad for Percy to be his, not to be in love with that brainiac Annabeth.

Ugghh...Annabeth.

He hated that girl. As he started frowning, a worried looking Hazel came into his room. "Nico, what's wrong? Stop looking like your favorite toy got taken away from you." Hazel's voice turned stern, wanting to know what was wrong with her brother. Nico had never told her about his crush on Percy even though she was technically his sister( Hazel is Nico's half-sister). He frowned, his sister.

Bianca.

Bianca was his real sister, but she had died four years ago. He made Percy promise to protect her, so when Percy came back with no Bianca anger overwhelmed Nico and he unleashed his powers for the first time. He had run away still angry at Percy, but no matter how hard he tried he couldn't stay angry at Percy. Because he loved him.

Suddenly Hazel's voice snapped him out of his daydreams. "Nico! Nico, snap out of it! Now tell me what's wrong!"

Nico sighed. "Alright Hazel. I have a confession to make. I-I love Percy Jackson!" he rushed out. Hazel's golden eyes widened. "Oh, Nico! That's great! Oh wait...Annabeth. I'm so sorry Nico."

She said, shaking her head. Suddenly her head snapped up. "Aha!" She smiled at him. "You know what? I'm gonna help you. Together we will make Percy Jackson yours." Nico looked at her shocked. "Really?" Hazel chuckled. "Of course. You' re my brother, I love you. I will do anything for you just as you would do for me."

She is right, I would do anything for her...and Percy. Hazel grabbed Nico's hand and pulled him out of bed. "Come on, lets get to work!" Nico sighed and followed her out of the door.
